Best Realtor in the Tri-State Area!. Just wanted to relay what a fantastic experience I had working with Sabrina at Boylan Realty on my recent purchase in Cary. I just relocated down to the area from Washington DC. Relocating causes enormous stress. Buying a house in a new area adds to that stress since you don?t usually know the neighborhoods well. Sabrina really listened to what I was looking for in a home and a neighborhood and found the perfect house for me. I knew it the minute I walked in the door.
