Fantastic Experience. Had I read the reviews here, I never would've gone today. But I had a groupon and I needed a cut and a color so without any other information, I made an appointment. I'm so glad that I did. I never bother to leave reviews, but I was so impressed by how incredibly friendly the staff was, that I had to post this. I had to bring my 3 kids with me and I just assumed it would be a HUGE nightmare, but a stylist and the receptionist kept an "eye" on my kids and I got an amazing hairstyle and color. I will be back and I will brag to all my friends! Thank you for such an amazing experience!!

Pretty Cool. Staff is very friendly and nice. A girl name Jenna works there that was very helpful to my needs. It felt more like a salon than a spa. The massage therapy section was definitely not the best of the best especially for the prices they have for the treatment. Also it kinda an old building so it was pretty cold in there. Overall a great place to get hair and nails done! Also probably great for massage as well, but I didn't receive one! I say give them a try!!

Wow- what a joke!. I thought I had an appointment with a friend- Never was I told they no longer worked there. The "MASTER" stylist I know for a fact are straight out of school and it boggles me that the staff looks like they serve more than massage sessions and you cannot understand any of the managers when they speak! This place is a total joke! Do not go here! DO NOT MAKE ANY DEPOSITS EITHER! Make sure you know who you will be dealing with! Total rip off!!!!!!!

I was speechless. I tried this salon once and will NOT be going back. For one, my haircut was uneven; I didn't notice this for a few days, but once I did my hair the way I normally do I found several long pieces that clearly were missed! The line across the back of my hair was also very choppy and not even/straight at all. Second, my color job was pretty bad. Again after several days of observance and after styling my hair like I normally would I saw that there were several areas that were lighter than others (my hair is supposed to be dark brown). They also had to dye my hair twice because even though I said DARK brown, she didn't used a dark enough dye the first time. Third, I had the manager styling my hair; you'd think this was good right? NO, she was constantly shouting orders to her employees in the other rooms, she was super rushed, and when I tried to explain what I wanted done w/my hair she kept cutting me off! I don't think I spoke a full sentence the entire time I was there. After the whole thing I was speechless that this manager/owner was so unprofessional...the only thing that kept me quiet was that my haircut was free since I was a new customer! To bad it's not enough to make me go through that terrible mess again.

Great Services, Real Bargain. I did not know about this spa until I received a gift certificate from a good friend. My certificate was for a Massage and Facial. The service was first class. Both the massage therapist and estetician were excellent. You have to try their Signature facial, It is a real treat. i was offered complimentary wine and chocolate! which was quite a perk I was not even expecting. I got one of their price menus and noticed that the prices are much lower than other places that have not pleased me as much. i am now a regular customer..

Nice folks lousy airbrush tan. I had the Bodyglow service followed by the airbrush tan. The scrub was great. Came out of that feeling silky smooth. But the results from the airbrush tan were disappointing. Right after the service you're covered in little brown splotches that wash off after your first shower (so if you're going somewhere make sure you have 8 hours to spare so you can shower first. Otherwise you look like you've got a crazy case of freckles.). Next day my tan was dark in some places, light in others and non-existent in some areas. I looked like I had a skin disease on my legs. This was just an experiment for me, I wasn't going anywhere or doing anything special but if I'd been planning a beach trip it would have been a disaster. I think I'll stick with Mystic from now on.

Delightful!. Delightful! This is how I can describe this spa. The staff is extremely courteous and pays you all the attention in the world. I had a massage an facial on my first visit and both services were to die for. I have since made an appointment for haircut and color. I discovered this spa only b/c my friend gave me a gift certificate. I feel they are a better value than most other spas in the triangle and they also do hair, so that saves me time.

Hair Extentions helped me! THank you!. I had a horrible experience and got permed- My hair fell out- I got extentions that were affordable and allowed my hair to grow- Thanks girls- you have no idea, I cried. Noone knew I had extentions and everyone in my home time admired my hair for once- It felt good. Thank you- I will forever be in your hands!

Amazing Massage. I have gotten my last two massages here. The first girl I saw was very good at her job and very proffessional. My second massage experience was even better! If you get a massage here, you have to ask for TENITA! She has amazing hands and melted away my neck and lower back pain! I would highly reccomend her to anyone looking for the best for their buck! TENITA paid attention to detail on sore muscles and tension which made the massage even better! She's got the magical touch that will keep you coming back for more!

Best Tan in town. I have been getting my tanning here for the past 6 months. They only do the spray tan. I am always satisfied with the applications. May be it is the products they use or may be it is the skills of the estheticians, may be it is both. My tan always come out perfect. my tan always look deep and natural. I drive past a couple of other tanning salons on my way here, but it is worth the drive to me. Thanks!!!!
