Best Facial ever. Had a facial and massage at this spa. The facial was the best I had, ever. The massage was pretty good as well. Good friendly place. I recommend.

Great Service. We are a non-profit organization and wanted to do something special for our staff.

The General Manager at Finesse arranged for services for our group at a discounted price.

Everyone in our party was very pleased with the staff and the services.

Each person was able to receive their chosen service whether that was a massage, facial, manicure or pedicure.

I checked with all and everyone was happy with their experience.

Thank you Finesse for a out of the ordinary experience!

STOLE MY MONEY. MY HUSBAND BOUGHT ME A $270 DAY SPA PACKAGE AND I MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO RECIEVE MY SERVICES. I ENDED UP REALLY SICK EARLY MORNING THE DAY I WAS TO HAVE MY APPOINTMENTS. I LEFT 2 VOICEMAILS WITH THEM EXPLAINING MY SITUATION AND ASKING TO RESCHEDULE. THE DIRECTOR "MAG" TOOK MY GIFT CERTIFICATE AWAY AND MADE IT VOID, AND WOULD NOT LET ME RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT!!--THEY CLAIMED THEY HAVE A 24 HOUR POLICY WHICH WAS NOT EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN I SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT. ALSO THEY DIDNT CARE THAT I WAS SICK AND WOULD NOT RESCEDULE ME. SO MY VERY EXPENSIVE SPA PACKAGE PRESENT IS GONE AND I AM NOT RECIEVING ANY APPOINTMENT. RIP OFF AND RUDE BEWARE

this is not a SPA---maybe from the 80's. went here for a spa package, rooms, were cold, NOISY NOISY NOISY--guy manager was rude, my appointment was LATE BY 20 MINS--then gave me a tattered robe to wear between appointments!!!--my therapists were good, but the atmosphere is HORRIBLE

Awesome massage. I had a great experience at this spa. I was able to schedule a manicure and a massage within 24 hours. I LOVED both my services, specially the massage. I selected the wellness massage.

My therapist found all the sore points in my body and relieved all the tension in my muscles. I highly recommend.

Great stylist. Thanks so much Erica for the great job you did on my hair! I had been so busy lately that i had not kept up with my appearance. My roots were showing, my hair was dull and lifeless. Erica gave me a complete make over and i just love it!!!! I love the way the highlights you gave me blend so naturally. And i am getting lots of compliments from the layerd cut. Great deep conditioniong treatment you put in, my hair feels so much better already. i just had to get here and say THANKS!!! I promise i will not wait too long before you see me again.

AVOID for COLOR AND CUT. The only good thing I can say is that the people are courteous. But that is it! They do not know how to cut and colour hair. I went in asking for both and the girl asked me what kind of cut i wanted, and I asked for her opinion. I figured, she is the professional, she'll tell me what will look good on me. I emphasized I was going to a wedding and that I also needed colour for my hair. She did not know how to color my hair, made it darker on the first round. The next day I came back for her to fix my hair, and I had to tell her how to do it. She left patches of different color on my hair and then tried to fix with a shampoo dye. I hate my hair. It has been the worst experience, and EXPENSIVE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON, not worth the $$. go somewhere where it's reputable and you know you'll get the results you want, even if it is a little expensive.

Great Massages. The massage therapists are the best!! I have received massages from 2 of their therapists and it seems each one outdoes the other. I do not have much time to exercise during the week and I tend to do too much at the gym on the week end. Sometimes I end up with tense and sore muscles. Now, I have a routine. I go to the gym and afterwards I go to Finesse. The girls there do wonders for my sore muscles. I cannot thank them enough. Ask about the massage club. If you are a regular, you can get get a 60 minute massage for as little as $50. I had a airbrush tanning done last time I was there and the results were great as well.

Great service, not so great ambience. It seems as if this place use to be a dentist's office - not sure why there are windows in the massage and facial rooms. I went for a facial - which was wonderful - and my boyfriend got a massage. The fact that the room was not completely dark and had blinds/window in it made it seem like not a professional spa experience. If the employees were at a different location, i would definintely go back.

For spending $170 - i feel like i should have gotten a spa experience. They do not give you robes or anything beforehand either - they make you go to the room and change.

Great customer service. My first time at this spa and i will be back. I am new to town, I tried a spa near my house and did not like it much. Extremely friendly staff. an extra bonus is the price list is cheaper than other spas here. Their cellulite/fat reducing body treatment is a great value. i recommend this place.
