The worst experience ever!. I walked out of this office feeling worst than I ever felt going in. I cannot remember the paralegals name that I talked to, but while she said she was keeping it real.. This lady would drive a depressed person to suicide. I knew that my situation was bad and that I have a very difficult situation, but this place is all about mass production!

I found an attorney in Durham that is going to help me, but this office should be banned!

Good luck if you are in a bad financial situation, but choose another attorney group!

Great bankruptcy attorneys. I knew I had to file bankruptcy. I just wasn't making the kind of money that I use to so it was only a matter of time before the bill collectors started calling and knocking at my door. That was the last thing I need nor wanted. I didn't want my neighbors getting phone calls or my family with strangers asking about me. So I thought ahead and thought about all the things I could live without. So, I got rid of all the things I didn't need, ridiculous cell phone plan, premiere cable package, second car, insurance for second car, gym membership, magazine subscriptions, electronics that could no longer realistically afford to pay on etc. However that was just a drop in the bucket with my credit card debt of all things I should not have indulged on years ago. I knew what I needed to keep and not what I wanted to keep. I choose my house and one of my cars. I can not live productively without either so bankruptcy was the choice I made so that I could still keep those and contribute back to society. I read up on bankruptcy and learned the the law offices of John T. Orcutt had been around the longest and had a very large staff. So I reassured myself that was the way to go, after all you do not get to be that big without being great at what you do. So I made an appointment and went to my consultation. Everything I was unsure of was explained to me and I felt comfortable with what I was told. So I went ahead and had my case filed. As it turned out I felt great because I was in fact able to keep my house and car as well as given another opportunity to live life with dignity. If you know that you have to file bankruptcy you must go to the law offices of John T. Orcutt. They have a system and know the ins and outs of what you can save and what you shouldn't. Good luck out there and I hope you make the right choice like I did.

John Orcutt saved my family. My family was in crisis and we just had our 3rd child. I had lost my job 4 month before our son was born. I had to work two part time jobs just to keep a dim reflection of money coming through the door. I could barely pay our food and utility bills let alone our credit card payments.

The death kneel for me was when the medical bills started to come in. Having a child born and a wife in the hospital gets very expensive. I do not remember my grand parents telling me how much money they paid to have children. They had them at their house for free! Those days are long gone and the medical bills finally started to make me sick.

S you can imagine my debt problem was bursting at the seams. I began to reach out to family members for help. The help I received was nothing compared to the debts I found myself in. My father in law pulled me aside and told me that bankruptcy was the only way to help not only me but my family. He recommended John Orcutt to me.

I immediately began reading up on bankruptcy and how it would affect me. I found the subject confusing and aggravating. I couldn’t get a straight answer from the material I was reading. I kept searching the internet for answers and John Orcutt’s name kept popping up. I remember laughing to myself that my father in law recommended this guy and there he was showing up on the internet.

I needed help so I finally went to the law offices of John Orcutt. I came into the lobby, met with the receptionist, filled out my paperwork and had a debt consultation. I remember pouring my soul out in that interview. I was even given tissue to wipe my eyes from a paralegal.

All of my questions were answered 3 times over during the interview. All the bad things I read about bankruptcy turned out not to be true at all. Bankruptcy is a federal law created to help people who were dealt a bad hand recover from debt and return to life. I liked the sound of that.

I have a lot of pride. I tried to play by the rules and do the right thing. As it turned out I could no longer play the game. I was told that bankruptcy is still playing by the rules and it’s a legal law and that there is no reason to feel bad about it.

I turned out to be my own worst critic and judge of character. My father in law didn’t care, my wife didn’t care and my friends didn’t care that I was going to file bankruptcy. They said get the help you need and just come back to us. That was powerful to hear coming from my friends and family. I told them I would come back and bring my family back from this terrible time.

I signed with John Orcutt immediately. I felt his staff cared about my outcome and that the knowledge at that firm was second to none. I needed the best for my family and this law firm gave it to me.

I held my head high when I left the bankruptcy court. It was finally over I could breathe again and smile around my children. I felt no guilt and no anger.

Everything was put into perspective. I do not know what people who are financially emaciated could do without bankruptcy. I am not only a new man but a better husband and father because of it.

Thank you
