Great food, great service, nice vibe.
My wife and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary at the Brier Creek location. All I can say is it was wonderful.
We highly recommend.
HORRIBLE AND RUDE SERVICE.
Food is average and highly overpriced. Employees are rude . JUST HORRIBLE !!!!!!
Hate this place.
Not a fan of Indian food until now. This resturant changed my opinion of indian food completely. My wife and I ate there yesterday and the food was superb. We ordered the shrimp and veg curry, azitra mixed grill and a desert that had carrot pudding, mango ice cream and something else. The shrimp was cooked perfect and the chicken in the mixed grill was as tender as I have ever had. The flavors along with the aroma coming off the food put me into sensory overload. This is now one of our favorite places to eat in Raleigh and we will definately be going back many more times.
Love it, been customer for years.
We absolutely love the food here. We used to live in DC and had our pick of Indian places. Azitra is the only place in the triangle that satisfies our craving for Indian food. The food is great, the portions generous, the staff pleasant.
I'm not sure what the issue was that the two bad reviewers had were - but the only time we had an issue with the food - a quiet word to the server brought an immediate apology by the owner who took care of the issue personally.
It is one of the few places in Raleigh that I've been impressed with since coming back from DC.
Great Indian Fare. This is a really great place for Indian food. The Kucumber salad is really good--love the flavor and crunch. Their dishes are unique in flavor and style (the dishes are high on one side). We have always received excellent and thoughtful service there. Been there at least 10 times and will continue.
Overpriced. House Salad pathetic. I couldn't see my food it was so dark. Probably for good reason. They undercooked my vegetables (potatoes were hard in the middle and carrots were crunchy) that came with the shrimp and vegetable curry dish. The house salad was a joke and the "house dressing" was from a jar. The chicken tikka sauce came out cold. It is way overpriced for what you get. Stay away.
Small portions. My wife and I were looking forward to dining at Azitra. What a letdown. The portions were small and there was very little chicken in my Chicken Tikka Masala. Sauce was not tasty and very little spice. My wife's dish was not much better. We asked for bread but was told it would cost extra. Decor and patio are nice but there are better Indian restaurants in Raleigh. Don't waste your time on this one.
Great Indian fare!.
Great food and drink menu.
I have had consistently good service every time I go.
Rarely does a chef care what I think, Azitra's came out to see personally. Nice touch
Azitra: our favorite restaraunt in the Triangle. We really love going to Azitra. We go there quite often and it never fails our expectations. Azitra has a way of relaxing you and it is just so enjoyable. Their food IS consistently good and their service is fantastic. The manager is really cool too and has talked to us on numerous occassions about the food and the different ingredients they use to make their dishes so wonderful. Its overall just a wonderful place to dine!!
Some amazingly good dishes. Wonderful food, ambience, staff. One of our favorites in the Triangle.
