Zydaco Downtown

Angry Camper. Ate lunch there yesterday. Paid with debit (I did not read reviews previously......Someone else took me there.) Charged more to my debit than I authorized. I wouldn't suggest paying cash, I would suggest not going at all.

If they will cheat people like this......what else are they doing behind the scenes that one does not know about?????…

Fantastic. Im going to start off and say we complain about gratuity, wait time etc. First of all at Any restaurant there is a gratuity of 5 or more..there Is going to be a wait for your food with any large party. If u go out to eat then u expect & know that.. Zydeco is great the food is delicious yes there is a wait b/c your food is made to order for those of u that know what that means. The service & the entertainment was wonderful so I'm unsure where the other complainers went. I jus learned in life u can't please everyone so with that being said Zydeco keep doing what u all are doing!!!!I will be returning with more family & friends!!! & FYI we payed with our credit/debit card and had noooo problems!!!!…

It was my birthday!!. Thank you so much for all your help Pam you are the greatest. Well since the gratutity is already added because it was five of us that may be the reason that my waitress told me to hurry she has another table, can I just come back to take your order. Then my spice cajun salad has the juice from the sauteed meat and onions which caused my lettuce to wilt. Rude!! Rude!! Waitress wasn't working for a tip she already had it so it didn't matter how rude she was. Also I had to ask for my glass to be refilled.

Unbelieveable. I had visited the establishment twice before and had good service. I was there on Friday, July 1, 2011, to celebrate a promotion. The waiter was horrible, he didn't check on us once the beverages were brought, we had to get some one else to get him. He did not come and take the orders of the new people once they arrived. The food took 45 minutes and then the orders were wrong.

Here is the best part at the end of the night after bad service, bad food. To add insult to injury he claimed he couldn't split the bill, it was $400.00 for 9 people. After I yelled at him, he than said that the bill could be split. He just didn't want to would be to much and to time consuming to do. So one of my guests ended up standing beside him to tell him how to split the bill.

Don't go to this restaurant if the plan is to have a good time. The table across from came 45 minutes after we did and received their food, but than had the same issue regarding the bill.

Don't eat here!!!!!…
