I am very pleased with All Spotless Carpets. Here's the thing, you can go with a company offering 5 rooms for $99. However, you WONT be pleased. I did that and the guy that came and cleaned left spots untreated and then added a gazillion fees like "travel fees".ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Pay a little more and get a quality job from a real professional. These days, its hard to find people who actually know what customer service is and actually want to do business. I have no idea what the reviewer was talking about regarding the estimate. My estimate was within the range I was given. I believe these guys are honest; they look you right in the eye and explain everything to you. NO FAST TALKING HERE!My carpet looks great. Trust me, my carpet looked yucky before. Do yourself a favor and call these guys QUICK!

I'm so pleased with these folks! They did a fabulous job of cleaning and stretching my old carpet. They did a couple of repair spots too. They were fast, friendly and professional, all at a very reasonable price. I'll call them again for sure.

I've used All Spotless Carpets 4 different times now - once when I was moving into a house and 3 x's when I was getting houses ready to sell. They are great. They're fast, courteous, and are willing to work around your schedule. They really made our carpets look much better and got the stains out. I read another poster that said their estimates were far off - I highly doubt that. They've been nothing but upfront with me and if something was going to cost more due to high traffic area, pets, etc, they've always been upfront with me from the get go and explained why. They've also worked to give me the best deal based on my needs and compared to any ads they were running. I will always use and recommend them!

Fantastic job stretching carpet

Thom and Joni did a great job stretching some nasty wrinkles out of my carpet. They scheduled an appointment for the day after I called. Great service! They showed up at the scheduled time, and were very friendly, professional, and courteous. I had no qualms at all letting them into my home. They took a quick survey of the problem areas, deciding from which wall to start etc. It?s obvious Thom and Joni know what they are doing. Their work is excellent and they cleaned up the areas very well once they finished stretching and cutting. I found the price to be fair, especially considering the quality of the job they did. I absolutely recommend ACS. My carpet looks so much better!
