Kevie is absolutely amazing! I couldn't ask for a better person to do my microdermabrasion. She was fun and professional the entire time. I loved chatting with her as she took her time explaining the microdermabrasion process. She is so good at her job and made me feel comfortable the entire time!

I can't wait to go back and get another microdermabrasion and other facial treatments from Kevie.

Edward is fantastic! After a long search and reading many reviews, I chose Edward and am so glad I that I did. He has talent like I have never seen. Although you may go in with an idea of what you think you want or will look good on you...let it go and give him full control. In all the many years of getting cut and color to my hair I have never had a more beautiful and consistant style as I have found with Edward. The mand knows his stuff! After my very first visit I walked in the door at home and my husband said "WOW" and that has NEVER happened with any other stylist. EVER!

Wonderful, professional establishment!. This place is amazing! I found it by searching for hair extensions, Tonya did my extensions and they are amazing, so much better then the place in Charlotte I was going to. Trust me this girl knows her stuff when it comes to hair extensions. She is very fast at putting them in and my extensions match my natural hair perfect! The only issue I had was it seemed like a lot of "hustle bustle" in the hair extension room, people kept asking her questions. The place looks goregous, and its very clean. Checking out took a few cause there where a couple of people checking out before me. Over all I was very expressed, and I will be back. No one will every do my extensions but Tonya again!!!

Great Massage!!!!!!!!!!. Just had an hour swedish massage and it was hands down the best one I have had in the Raleigh area! Great atmosphere, outstanding customer service, and my massage therapist was amazing. I will definitely be back!

Customer Service is Lacking. My friend and I both bought this deal to try out a local spa for facials that we would (hopefully) continue to book after this one in preparation for her wedding. It took 2 weeks to get the appointment scheduled, due to a lack of follow-up on the part of the spa staff. I had to call to see what the status of the appointment was, when I had been told I would receive a follow-up call. Only then was the appointment booked and confirmed.

On the date of the facials, we were not told to arrive early prior to our booked time...but would have been well-advised to do so, because there was paperwork to be filled out. In addition, we needed to change into robes and be ready for the aestheticians to retrieve us in the relaxation room. Instead, we were told twice to hurry up because "your service actually started 3 minutes ago". This definitely diminished any relaxation, and soured the facial experience before it even began. Fortunately, we were able to enjoy the relaxation room and a beverage after our facials.

All this being said, the actual spa treatment facial was a pleasant experience. The aestheticians were professional and had good technique, it is just unfortunate that the experience leading up to that will prevent me from booking another appointment at Modern Enhancement.

Best Eyelash Extensions. When I moved to Durham from NY I never thought I would find a salon that could competently apply my eyelash extensions. I was proven right when I made an appointment at a spa in Raleigh and the woman completely messed them up. Frantically, I started searching the web for places nearby that apply eyelashes with the hope of having them fixed. Modern Enhancements came up and I begged them to make me an appointment asap. The woman who answered the phone was extremely friendly and accommodating. She told me that they usually cannot get clients in on such short notice (and as a loyal client for the past year, I now know is true and with good reason), but there was a last minute cancellation and to come in. Sarah was amazing. My eyelashes looked better than they ever had in NY. I received numerous compliments when I came home from my appointment. In fact, I receive compliments every time I get my eyelashes done at Modern Enhancements. Sarah knew exactly what the other salon had done incorrectly (the eyelashes were too thick and too far apart) so she mixed in thinner lashes. I have been going back to her ever since. I don't know how I'm going to find a place that compares when I move back to NY next year.

Edward is amazing. After reading tons of reviews about many salons in the area, I decided to go with Modern Enhancement and requested Edward as my stylist. I went in with a style in mind but came out with a style better than I could have imagined! I was considering full highlights but Edward considered my natural hair color and past chemical treatments and suggested partial highlighting to preserve my hair better and give a more natural look (I have fine natural blonde hair). It turned out perfectly! The cut was gorgeous too and I haven't been able to stop smiling since the moment I saw the finished style. I really don't think I could go anywhere else at this point and be remotely as happy. I've tried many colorists in High Point, Winston-Salem, Wilmington and Raleigh and none compare. If you don't want to take any chances with your hair, go to Modern Enhancement!

Great Stylist in a Spa-Like Atmosphere. I've been a client at Modern Enhancements Salon and Spa for about 6 months, and I absolutely love it!

My stylist, Kristopher Chang, started working at Modern Enhancements earlier in the year and I followed him there beacuse he is such an excellent stylist! He always knows what cut and color will look best - I know my hair is in good hands with Kris!

in addition, the atmosphere at Modern Enhancements is very relaxing - you really can tell you are in spa. Unlike other salons that are so busy that you have to shout to speak with your stylyist, Modern Enhancements is always calm and quiet....creating a wonderful experience.

If you are looking for a great stylist in a spa-like atmospher, Modern Enhancements is the place for you!

Kris Knows How to Do It Right!. Kris has been doing my hair for about 4 years now and I never have to worry about how I will look when I leave because I know it will be fantastic and I will be a new woman! I sit in the chair and just say do your thing and he always knows what is good and more so what will look right on me! I personally think his specialty is color! He is one of the best in the business and he really knows his color. I highly recommend Kris for all your hair needs. You will want to keep coming back!
