Thanks for making it so EASY!. I am on your delivery route in Heritage and have been using your service since you opened 3 years ago. I am some what demanding and you guys have always met my needs. Some times even surpassing them! Thank You for all your hard work! I know in this business its hard to please everyone, but do know I am a very satisfied customer! Thank you for what you do and making this very easy for me!

Great service, a few administrative hiccups...... We've been customers since moving to the Triangle in early 2007. They clearly pride themselves on their customer service, and with good reason. They are friendly, responsive, and generally go out of their way to make the customer happy. I'm quite sure that 99% of businesses could learn from the way Triangle Dry Cleaners treat their customers. They do a good job with their dry cleaning, which is what it's about at the end of the day. They are fast, which is appreciative. Home pick-up and delivery is also quite nice.

So why not 5 stars? We've had a few issues around billing (small mistakes, nothing substantial), and a couple of other administrative mix-ups. Everything was put right once we pointed out the problem, as you would expect. I'm quite sure nothing was done intentionally. Still, it became such a concern that we decided to stop the automatic billing service, preferring to pay after each dry cleaning so we can better monitor the invoicing (they had previously kept our credit card on file for convenience, making it harder to determine if we'd been billed correctly).

I would definitely recommend Triangle Dry Cleaners to others. The overall experience was quite good.

No better business in Wake Forest. I have approached this owner several times to purchase this business and hope he sees this posting. This gentleman is first class in providing his customers quality and excellent customer service. His ongoing rejection of my offers leads me to believe he is loyal to his customers and employees. I just hope one day he allows me to invest or buy the company outright. Hello Greg, Guess who?

Customer Service at its Finest. The owners at Triangle Dry Cleaning know how to deliver customer service at its finest! I was leaving to go to San Diego and did not get back into town in time to pick up my suits. I called the owner at home and he met at 9pm so I would have all of the items I needed for my trip. He was extremely friendly and he understands as he used to be a business traveler himself.

The have a quality prodcut with customer service that surpasses the expectation. They deliver to your home and always have your order ready on time. They even have a drive through which is great for families with small children!

Thank you Triangle Dry Cleaners. I have had a great experience taking my dry cleaning to Triangle Dry Cleaners. I took a few pair of pants to a tailor in Wake Forest, and they took my pants up an inch too short. I couldn't even wear them! Then I went to Triange Dry Cleaners in Wake Forest to have them fix my pants. In a matter of days they fixed my clothes exactly how I had wanted them to be the first time and their service was fast and friendly. Thank you Triangle Dry Cleaners!

You got to love SAME DAY SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I am a Heritage resident and just love going to Triangle Dry Cleaners. The process is so simple for me who has 2 kids. Pull up to the Drive thru before 9am, hand them my embroidered bag, receive a friendly smile and hello by first name, then return after 5pm, receive another friendly smile and greeting and they even put it in my car. Thank you so much Triangle Dry Cleaners for making one thing (Household Dry Cleaning) easy and simple in my life.

Great customer service. We have used a couple different dry cleaning services in the area. Triangle Dry Cleaners surpasses them all. Our clothes are always ready on time and are done to our specifications. It's always nice to be greeted with a smile and receive good customer service. We also have two smaller children that are always with us, so the drive through is a definite plus!

Fast, efficient service. Almost any dry cleaner can clean your garments. Given that, I look for friendly, efficient service and someone that makes me feel that they care about whatever items we drop off. The Triangle Dry Cleaners in Wake Forest process my suits overnight and follow my instructions to the "T". There are a few cleaners that are closer, but my experience at TDC keeps me returning.

Superb quailty, great people, community support!. Triangle Dry Cleaners is the best bet for your money, for many reasons! Your clothes will be handled with care, cleaned well, and quickly! Greg personally delivered items to our home when they were not ready when we got there! He personally cares for his employees, even helping them out with medical needs on Christmas Eve! When you go to the shop, you will be greeted with a smile and you will be remembered by name on your next visit! This family supports the local community and those in need with tremendous generosity as well. So, this family run business is the way to go!

Top Notch Service. My husband and I have tried several dry cleaners in the WF area. We were very dissatisfied with other cleaners. Triangle Dry Cleaners by far surpasses all the other competition in the area. The drive up service is fast and extremely friendly. Our dry cleaning is always exactly as we ask for it and always ready on time. The same day service has saved us many times! We have also noticed that MANY of our neighbors use the pick up/delivery service, which we have not used yet, but have heard it is wonderful from many others. The WF location is so convenient and friendly, we have just continued to drop it off ourselves!
