So sad it's gone.. I hope all those who worked at Iatria have been able to find jobs in other spas. It was a victim of this economy and no reflection on any of the people who worked here.

Wonderful massage experience. Gift certificates to Iatria are the begining and end of my Christmas list. They have created a comfortable and relaxing experience that begins the moment you walk through the door. I take a good book and chill in the 'relaxation room' after a steam shower or a few minutes in the sauna before my massage. The staff is friendly and accomodating, the facilities are spotlessly clean, and the massage is my idea of heaven.

Iatria really is the art of well being. Iatria is by far the best Spa in the Triangle. They have by far some of the most sought after experienced massage therapists in the area. All the staff are exceptionally experienced. The best part of every experience is the way all the therapists keep you updated and informed on products and services. Now that the MedSpa is there they have an even wider range of skncare treatments and options. My regular Esty Kathryn has set out a one of a kind skincare program that is keeping my skin amazing. I love it its the first time in years I have gone without make-up.

Medispa Products Here. Preston Wynn, SkinCueticals, MD Forte and Neova are some of the products sold at Iatria. MD Forte is a glycolic based line, Neova has healing copper peptide, SkinCuedicals protect with Vitamin C and Preston Wynn are botanical based. Make sure you ask your Esthetician for a recommendation on your next visit.

A coddling atmosphere for the weary. I felt thoroughly pampered upon visiting this spa. I loved my massage and went into a blurry, blissful state in the end. I can't speak for the rest of the services, as I haven't experienced them, but I can say that the massages are spectacular.

OHMIGOSH!!!. I am so impressed!!! I was given the most amazing gift... My husband gave me a gift certificate to spend the day being pampered by the unbelievable staff at IATRIA in Cary! I had no idea there was this haven for relaxation, and bliss... now that I do... I will be back! And since I enjoyed it so greatly, I bought everyone on my Christmas list a gift certificate to put under the tree! From the time you enter and hear the blissful sound of the water wall... to the luscious robes... the steam room... and the massage, facial, and pedicure! Simply to die for!

Lovely. Very relaxing, facial was great. Suggest getting there early to sit by the fountain and have a cup of tea.
