please don't buy from these guys. I wish I had read these reviews. I can't even give them one star. I never received my item. I have emailed 3 times with no reply and I paid w pay pal. I will open a complaint but not sure how that will go. This is a scam, or a very unprofessional company. to to etsy.

THIS IS A SCAM. okay this company has been using our phone number for some time now. They scam people out of their money and our phone number shows up on the credit card so we get all the phone calls. FROM ALL OVER THE US.. I WOULD NOT BUY A SINGLE THING FROM THEM. If you do and you dont receive anything in the mail contact your credit card company asap!

Terrible Ethics. This company is using designs from other independent artists (check out the Etsy community) and also infringes upon copyrighted information by using descriptions and photographs from other sources.

Before doing business with them, check out their Better Business Bureau profile by googling Notice they have a fat "F" grade.

Does anyone else wonder why the "Reviews" on the Citysearch site are either very poor or very good? I'm betting the good reviews are placed there by the G&F themselves.

Bad products. I found a pendant the I just had to have on G&F's Trader Lou's site. when it arrived the stone was chipped on the back, sent it back for exchange. The next one was chipped on the front, sent this one back for exchange; the next one was chipped on the back, and filled with some sort of black moldy substance. I emailed them because NO ONE ever answers the phone. I ask if they could provide me with a product that was not damaged. The email back to me was to return it for a refund. I ask them, through reply, if they inspected products before shipping and if giving me a refund meant that they could not supply me with a product that was not damaged. The reply i received was that they inspected every product they had sent to me, and the transaction just was working out so they would give me a refund. BEWARE of these guys! I don't see how they could not have noticed upon inspection that each three times they were sending me damaged goods. Exchanges and refunds take about two weeks or more. It cost me more in postage in returns than what i paid for the product, guess you get what you paid for.

Excellent Jewely for excellent price. Have been doing business with G&F for several years and have been delighted with the prompt service and the wonderful products. I highly recommend them!!

CONS...THEIVES... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. FALSE ADVERTISERS, SEND CHEAP ITEM, ADVERTISE NICE ONE. NO COMMUNICATION. FINALLY SPOKE WITH. PROMISED TO REFUND MONEY, AND REIMBURSE ME FOR SENDING ITEM BACK. SUPPOSEDLY THE CHECK HAS BEEN IN THE MAL FOR 2 MONTHS NOW.
