Bad products

I found a pendant the I just had to have on G&F's Trader Lou's site. when it arrived the stone was chipped on the back, sent it back for exchange. The next one was chipped on the front, sent this one back for exchange; the next one was chipped on the back, and filled with some sort of black moldy substance. I emailed them because NO ONE ever answers the phone. I ask if they could provide me with a product that was not damaged. The email back to me was to return it for a refund. I ask them, through reply, if they inspected products before shipping and if giving me a refund meant that they could not supply me with a product that was not damaged. The reply i received was that they inspected every product they had sent to me, and the transaction just was working out so they would give me a refund. BEWARE of these guys! I don't see how they could not have noticed upon inspection that each three times they were sending me damaged goods. Exchanges and refunds take about two weeks or more. It cost me more in postage in returns than what i paid for the product, guess you get what you paid for.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. FALSE ADVERTISERS, SEND CHEAP ITEM, ADVERTISE NICE ONE. NO COMMUNICATION. FINALLY SPOKE WITH. PROMISED TO REFUND MONEY, AND REIMBURSE ME FOR SENDING ITEM BACK. SUPPOSEDLY THE CHECK HAS BEEN IN THE MAL FOR 2 MONTHS NOW.
