Love the cafe, personable owner and great food. I have been going to this cafe, since it opened. The owner was very personable, food was great. The service fluctuated as new people came and went (usually young people). Anyways I would write to tell everyone to try it out, but I am to late. Yesterday my husband and I stopped by there to grab lunch....and there was a sign saying closed for business. I didn't see this coming and to be honest we are still in shock. Does anyone know why they shut down. Bill???? We keep thinking it is a dream. We can't figure it out, the place was always busy in the AM and lunch. We would love to move if it just moving to another location or something. But all we got is "closed for business, we will miss ya'll"

Nice little place, good coffee, tasty sandwitch. I went there many times after I finish 9 hole from knight's play, sandwitch was excellent, coffee was about the same as starbucks, just as good, drive-in is good addition if I have kid in my back seat.

service there was pretty good actually, seems like good people working there. BTW I get wifi there with my laptop, i like blogging there. check it out if you live near by, won't regret it.

Great coffee, food, and atmosphere!. I finally got a chance to get back to Blue Rain after being out of the area for a few months. I missed going there and couldn't wait to go back.

I love the changes they've made - in the decor and menu. I tried the breakfast wrap - the one with eggs and bacon. It was huge. I did't think there was anyway I could eat it all - but I did, it was so good! I have to agree with peggyLeigh's previous post - the chicken salad is really, really good. So many choices.

Another good change I noticed was the service. While I've never had a big problem with it in ithe past, this time was much faster. The staff has always been cheerful and helpful, but I was glad it was qicker - I couldn't wait to have some fresh coffee and breakfast!

If you get a chance, I highly recommend you try their coffee and food, you'll be hooked!

love love love their chicken salad. OK, maybe chicken salad isn't something you normally fall in love with, but I grew up on chicken salad and this is the closest thing to mom's I have ever had. Great job Blue Rain!

great place to eat or hang out. I have been in the area for just over a year and Blue Rain has become my favorite place. I love their Asian Chicken Salad and my husband is a big fan of their quesadillas, and we both love their Oreo cheesecake!

While I often frequent Blue Rain during lunch with co-workers, my husband and I have made it a weekend brunch habit. I like to get his belly full before I put him to work at home! :)

This is a "must try" for anyone in the area.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, GREAT FOOD. I have gone to this place several times in hopes that the service will get better, I work and go there for lunch sometimes, I can't count the times that my order has been messed up. I have been late back to work more than once. ordering a simple sandwhich with chips for over 9.00 is a bit much, plus it takes 20 to 25 minutes to get your order. I hope that they get new staff and try to speed up the process. It's fine if you dont' work and you want to spend over an hour to get something simple to eat.

Wow! Great place!. What a charming place, and to think I just found it. If you like nice food in a nice, comfortable atmosphere, this place is worth checking out.

Pleeeeeeease come to Holly Springs!. OK, I am now throwing an online tantrum! (Yes, Bill, you may recognize who this is!)

I absolutely adore this cafe, and because we have nothing like it I now have to make the trip from Holly Springs to Apex several times a week. I have begged the owner (Bill) to open one up in Holly Springs (it's just down the road Bill!).

So if there are any Holly Spring people reading this, try out Blue Rain (on Ten-Ten Road near Knights Play Golf) and then pester Bill about coming to HS!<br><br>

try this place out!. Hi everyone.

I love this place. The atmosphere is great, with lots

of colors, music, and artwork.

I first went there several weeks ago with a friend and found the

staff to be friendly and conversational.I am not a "coffee" person but

went with a friend on a Saturday morning and was surprised

at how good their breakfast is.

I now go back for lunch. Hint: try their Asian Salad. I will never run out of great things

to say about this place. Definetly try it out!

Slow and understaffed. Do not go there in the morning. They are woefully understaffed. Three people, including myself walked out after standing at the counter at 8:30am waiting to get served. The girl working the drive thru completely ignored us and would not help us and she help 4 drive thru cars as we stood there. Another woman decided moving pastries around was more important than helping customers trying to grab a cup on their way to work. They lost a customer today. Another woman said, they are always like this in the morning.
