In Short – Colorful, creative and confidently cool, this restaurant takes advantage of its prime Glenwood location. Many of the sleek black tables--each adorned with a red flower in a small bud vase--offer a view of the nightlife outside. In a refreshing twist on trendy decor, nothing distracts from quiet conversation here; the art on the walls is fun, but guests can focus on each other instead of on the room itself.
Locally Sourced and Absolutely Delicious
by Shane Boswell
Walking down Glenwood, biding time till Monday Night Football, decided to check this place out. Menu looked good, winelist looked better. Staff was very friendly and quick.
I'm not a little guy, but I was very happy with the portion sizes. Had the special, an absolutely delicious Rabbit Ragu with Mushrooms and Sweet Potato Gnocci. Delicately seasoned and well balanced, savory and sweet. It was definitely the whole package.
I encourage you to come on Monday Nights (Half Dollar Bottle 'O Wine), try the special, and chat with the staff about what's excellent, what's in season, and what was sourced from the owner's own farm. I'll be the guy in the brown leather jacket, because I am definitely becoming a regular!
- Pros: Friendly Staff, Excellent Wine List
- Cons: Very tempted to stay all night!
Great place, do not let the bad reviews fool you.

I can't believe some of the reviews for this place! To be quite honest I am pretty outraged.
My husband and I have eaten here several times and not once have been we been disappointed. The wait staff is very friendly, one young gentleman even told us about visiting the local farms where some of the restaurant's ingredients are grown.
The portions are of good size unless (as some reviewers must want!) you are expecting your food to come with a supersize option. They are filling but not to the point where you are going to need wheelbarrow when you leave. This restaurant is not advertised as a buffet.
We are both vegetarian so I cannot comment on their meat selection, but as I have already said I have never felt cheated or disappointed by the food we were served. The combination of flavors used is surprising and delicious. The gnocchi is by far my favorite. Pair it with their risotto and wow, delicious!
A great environment to have a romantic dinner or small gathering.
- Pros: Food is amazing, quick service, friendly staff.
too salty for my pallet
by zaxzilla
Would you like a little food with your salt? Brilliant ideas for dishes all overly salted. They replaced our original entrees and brought out more dishes equally over-salted. To apologize they sent us three ok desserts. They owner/chef was sincere in trying to please us. Horrible service. Waited 30 minutes for 2 inch long slices of bread.
- Pros: Free martini was straight gin
- Cons: Too salty and pricy
The Details on Zely & Ritz

The restaurant offers an extensive wine menu, as well as a delectable dessert wine list.
Know Before You Go:
Parties unfamiliar with tapas should know that appetites will be satisfied if each person orders a dish from each list on the menu.
Where to Sit:
If you want a view, request a table by the front window. Socialites might prefer the large communal table by the bar.
Save Money:
All wines by the bottle at half price on Mondays and five dollar martinis every Thursday.
The Extras:
Chef Sarig Agasi creates dishes that are small in size, but large in flavor, while his wife, Nancy, selects wine for the notable list. Together, the two have created a fantastic dining experience. Appetizers are unforgettable; the tuna carpaccio provides a light, tangy start. For heartier fare, the salmon with citrus sauce has a buttery crust that gives way to flaky fish.
