immensely competent. I simply cannot understand how anyone has had a negative experience with Adam. he is masterful! I went to him for a dramatic change in hairstyle and was so completely impressed and happy. I'd had long hair for years and was desperate for a change and went very short and absolutely love it. it was a bit of a nervewracking experience, but Adam cut it exactly as I requested. it is cute, stylish, fun and several people commented on how it appeared to be a great cut (not just style). Adam is superb, really.

Don't go. He cut all my hair off, colored it red ( I wanted it blond) and wouldn't repair it. I didn't have any bangs. My friends couldn't believe what a hack job he did. Maybe he didn't like me. I would have gladly left if that was the case. It took forever for it to grow. When I went to another salon that couldn't beieve what a rotton job he did. Don't go.

I wouldn't go back if you paid me to. I thought I was dealing with professionals, I should have walked out the minute that man gave me attitude. Not only was he rude, but he chopped off all my hair when I only wanted a trim. I am now stuck with a bad haircut until I can get a new style when it grows back out!

I will be very careful next time I want to try a new salon!

The Best Hair Technician. I have lived here for almost 4 years and have not been able to find a stylist who is reasonably priced that does outstanding work until I came to Hair Champs and met Adam.

He is simply amazing. He listened to me and we actually spent about 20 minutes discussing my lifestyle and what I was all about.

He said he knew just what to do and to trust him. I gave it a whirl and WOW the result what just what I wanted both in color and style.

I can't wait to get back in to see Adam.

I finally found a place that I will continue to visit!!!

High quality at reasonable price. I prefer to do my hair in this salon for several reasons. First, it's easy to make an appointment, no long waiting period as in other salons with comparable services. Second, Larissa, the owner and stylist, is extremely pleasant and professional. My hair is thin and flat, but with the haircut from Larissa, styling is easy, beautiful shape and added volume. You can trust her taste and skills, just relax in the chair, and she will choose the style that flatters your face and personality. And third, the place is clean and cheerful. And all this for a very reasonable price. What else to look for? I and my both daughters love this salon. Thank you , Larissa!

Stylish, as in good big-city salon. Walid did a great job with my hair. Medium-length haircut - very stylish (I didn't give him specific instructions, so he was creative) and suits my face really well. He also corrected my hair color: I had a terrible mix of highlights, colors etc. - all with about 2inches routes (disaster, yes). He did some highlights and colored the rest, was very meticulous, worked on my hair forever, carefully selecting each strand... Overall, I was VERY pleased. Price was very reasonable too.

Somewhere below there were complains about waiting if you come without an apointment. Well, the salon took that user's recommendation and installed big TV. So enjoy if you have to wait :)

Simply the BEST!. From the first time I met Walid, I was really impressed. He is simply the best hairstylist I have ever had. I have gotten my haircut with Walid 4 times now since serendipitiously stumbling upon him. And each time I come to Hair Champs to get my haircut, I always leave feeling completely satisfied and pleased with what an absolutely amazingly job Walid does on my hair. I have never received so many compliments before on my haircut as I do when I get it cut with Walid. Walid always takes his time...sometimes spending more than an hour and a half on my hair...the longest I have ever had any stylist spent on my hair. He is very meticulous and such a perfectionist always making sure that every strand falls in the right place. Not only is Walid very talented and creative, he is also a caring and thoughtful individual constantly making sure that you are doing alright. I would highly recommend Walid to everyone.

Best Price, Great Atmoshpere, Amazing Staff - Walid is Great!!!. Only place in Raleigh that can cut my hair with clippers. Great if your ex-military! Walid is awesome, he is the consummate professional. The conversation amongst the staff is always interesting and funny. If you go here, take the time to get to know the staff, it definitely make each visit that much better. The price is also the best in town for the quality you get. Their goal is quality, not quantity, you don't pay for frivolous things that other places charge you. You get a cut and a shampoo for $15.00. You might have to wait a bit longer, however when its your turn in the chair, you know that they will take all the time necessary to do the job correctly and to your likening!!!!! If you do not believe me just go get your hair cut here and see for yourself.

One of the Best Haircuts... ever!. Being new to the area and not knowing too many places, I had gotten a couple of really bad hack-jobs. I stumbled across this place by accident one day (after a movie at the Raleigh Grande) and what an awesome experience! I didnt have an appointment so I waited about 20 minutes (not bad at all). Larissa immediately made me feel at ease. When she was done with my haircut after about 25 minutes it was perfect!! I'm very finicky about my hair and wa a bit nervous at first, but she did such a great job that I talked my wife into going there. She absolutely loved her haircut/style by Walid. Infact now, I even have my little 5 year old going there as well, and he won't go anywhere else!

Hair Champs is definitely tops in my books. I highly recommend it for Women, Men AND Children.
