Living the Pain-Free Life!

I have been seeing Gail regularly for a couple of years now. I have neck and back issues stemming from a car accident many years ago. I was in constant pain and not being able to turn my neck completely had become the norm for me. My chiropractor suggested massage and thank goodness I landed at Gail's doorstep!

She has resolved so many issues for me. The norm for me now is to be able to turn my neck all the way from side to side with no pain at all! Gail worked with me to pinpoint things I was doing in my everyday life that was exacerbating my problems. Things like posture, the way I sit at my computer at home, my desk setup, etc. I will never be "cured" due to the old injuries I have, but as long as I continue with monthly massages from Gail, I am living pain-free for the first time in many, many years!

I wholeheartedly recommend Gail for any pain issues you may have. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and has a great personality to boot! I cannot imagine going back to the pain filled life I had before.

Best body work I have ever had!

Starting seeing Gail 2 years ago after being told by my physician that I had fibromyalgia. Turns out the doctor was wrong but that diagnosis led me to Russo Massage Therapy and I have not looked back since! I have treatments every 2 weeks and I promise you it is money well spent. Gail has helped me tremendously. She is so caring and takes her profession very seriously. It is obvious how much she enjoys helping her clients feel better. The extent of her knowledge is very impressive. I highly recommend Gail to anyone who is considering body work for whatever reason.

Consummately professional, very relaxing

I started seeing Gail after my boyfriend bought me a package of three much-needed massages for Christmas (thanks to her many positive reviews here on CitySearch!). I spend most of the day stressing about everything from money to the weather, much to the detriment of my back and even my health. Gail knows exactly how to target and relieve my many trigger points, and has a ton of advice on how to make the pain stay away once it's gone. She is supremely knowledgeable in every aspect of her profession, which she takes very seriously. On top of that, she is marvelously funny and a wonderful conversationalist; I always look forward to passing the hour with a good gab. I would recommend her services to absolutely anyone!

Hip and Sciatica pain relieved

Gail has been treating my hip pain and sciatica and I have never felt better. The sciatica is almost gone and I feel much improved from before I came to Russo Massage. Gail is very professional. What I really admire besides pain relief is Gail's passion for educating you on how you can help to relieve the pain by doing some homework - through some stretching and exercises which she will give you. I am so delighted with my physical well-being.

Miracle massage

I work at home and sit a lot, my low back and neck usually kills me. As a result of going to Gail at Russo Massage Therapy, I have now learned that massage is the way to go to relieve my sitting pains. I have learned that my low back pain is coming from my hips and sitting all day. I have also rearranged my desk set up as Gail reviewed my ergonomics with me. Now, between getting more massage on a regular basis and having made some adjustments to my desk and computer, I am feeling much better and not so exhausted at the end of the day. When you see Gail, she brings so much added value to your visit. I am so happy I chose her as my massage therapist. She really knows what she's talking about and her massage is excellent.
