I am currently using HPM to manage a rental property for me. I recommend HPM to everyone I talk to who is looking for a manager. I only have one property at the moment, and yet Debbie has always taken the time to talk to me personally if I have questions, or things that need her attention. It is this hands on approach, along with her down to earth, can do, attitude that make doing business with her very easy.

I rented a beautiful home in Cary from HPM! From the application process to the close-out process at the end of the term, Debbie H, Nancy M., and Letitia R. were extremely pleasant to work with. Repairs were addressed immediately and completed in a very timely fashion. Anytime I called the office, or dropped by, I was always greeted with a warming welcome. The same ladies above are also more than just business--they were interested in me as a person, and not just me as tenant. I would recommened renting with HPM any day of the wek!!!

I rented a townhouse at the Cary Lochridge subdivision from Henry property management for a total of five years.

Debbie Henry was always friendly, nice and helpful and quick to respond when there was a need to call. Fortunately we had few problems over those many years, and the ones we had were solved quickly and effectively. So kudos to HPM!

I loved the place we had and so did my children.

I recommend Henry Property Management wholeheartedly!

I am a tenant and Henry Property Management went above and beyond . I was not able to view the property myself and I really appreciate all the photos they sent me. It's as close to being there as I could get. Great customer service and I will recommend Henry Property Management to anyone looking to rent a house.

As both a landlord and sometime tenant, I'd like to thank your staff for their sensitivity to both me, presently a landlord, my tenants, and my property. Although my tenants are consistently encouraged to report the need for repairs, I know they understandably don't comment on some minor problem that they don't realize could become something more serious. Often, while repairing a small matter, your staff has noticed more serious needs on my properties. Their alertness to the whole situation benefits both me and the tenant. You are always informative and quickly obtain an estimate for the repair. This is important to the tenant's comfort and the well-being of my property. In the many years you've managed my properties, not one tenant has complained to me about how they were received by your office. And as I said in the beginning, as a tenant, I would be thrilled to have a manager who cared as much about my comfort and safety in the house I rented as I did. I'd call using Henry Property a three-way-win for the tenant, the landlord and the house.

I have rented my house out for two years with Henry Property Management, and I could not be happier with the result. I am continually impressed by how professionally Debbie and her staff handle all aspects of the rental process. The house hasn't sat empty for a single day since the first tenant moved in (excepting, of course, a few days for cleaning and preparation between tenants), and the tenants seem to be happy.

You might accuse this review of being fake since my account is new, but the truth is that I'm a loyal client of Henry Property Management and I am just new to Citysearch.

Friendly and Helpful. We have been renting for just a few months now, but it is safe to say you are in good hands with Henry Property Management. We worked with Norma who was extremely helpful. Debbie went over everything with us and made sure we were moved in before Thanksgiving. I emailed Norma some minor repairs that were needed and the repair man contacted us shortly after and came and fixed everything that we asked. I would reccomend Henry Property Management to freinds and family. They are extremely professional, thorough and honest!!!

Always Professional Advice from a Trusted Company. The purpose of this review is to express my unqualified endorsement of Henry Property Management in Cary, NC, and Debbie Henry. I have utilized this company to manage my Kiln Creek property for the last 3 years. I have been very satisfied with the professional manner in which my business has been handled and with the accurate and detailed reports I have received. Additionally, Ms. Henry has called or emailed to advise me whenever crucial matters arose. Each time she contacted me, she not only informed me but also offered suggestions or workarounds. Debbie and the Henry Team have earned my trust by their sustained performance. I recommend the Henry Property Management Team - Period!

Debbie Henry. We recently bought 2 houses in Cary, NC. Coming from out of state we wanted to prepare ahead as much as possible, especially selecting a good property manager. Our first impression of Debbie Henry was a very positive one. Each time we corresponded, it seemed her response was immediate, which was not always the case with others we spoke with via the web. This please us, not only for our benefit, but thought if she did this with the tenants as well, they would be happy.

On arrival she took time from her busy schedule to educate us on what types of houses and locations would be best for our purposes. This was very appreciated, as there were some local considertions about which we were unaware since we were from out of the area.

We also could see, after spending some time with her, that she would maintain the properties so that we need not concern ourselves this would not be adequately done.



She also took the time to carefully review each prospective tenant, so that only those who were qualified would be selected.

Debbie is very organized and efficient and being so allows us to live our lives without concerns or worries about our investment properties.

We would recommend her to anyone who might have investment properties, as well as any perspective tenant, who we are sure will be happy with her immediate response to their concerns,

Look Elsewhere. I would NOT recommend to my enemy.. Wow! I am so glad I checked in here. I can show an example of how awful the management is -- in the post below, the management posts the first and last name of the client who wrote a TRUE but disparaging remark. This goes to show what Amy said I what I agree with -- this is a very shady, dodgy company to deal with. I also bet that the other poster was correct about not all the "good" reviews being good.

Be wise -- find another company to deal with. You'd be better off with Craigslist!
