WOW-What a deal!. As I belong to O2 Fitness, being right next door, I thought I'd go check Sunsation out. I was greeted immediately and helped by a very friendly and helpful young lady. She was able to answer my questions, and hand me printed information on the costs. I looked over the rates, and was very pleased that they were so reasonable. I have gone to other tanning places who charge a membership fee. This one does not. I purchased a 3 month package, unlimited use, and was not hounded to buy anything else (lotions, etc.) Upon my first visit, I was very pleased with the cleanliness and set up, however, I was not escorted (being my first time) back and shown how the bed works, the music player works, or how long I had to get ready and in the bed. I pretty much knew routine from other places, but each one is a little different. It would've been nice to have it shown and explained about. I will be going there often for the next 3 months, and I look forward to it!

not so great. The beds are okay at this salon, but the staff are a total different story. They do not greet me when I enter the salon, they will sit there and talk with each other for a min or two before asking me my name or adknowledge me, and then half the time I have to sit down while they continue chatting, then one of them finally goes off to clean a dirty bed. The prices are outrageous as well. Salons in cary have better beds, and do not charge as much. I do not feel welcome here at all, and I will not be going back because of it.
