Natural Body Spa & Shoppe

Very Disappointed!. This was a birthday present from my husband and I was VERY disappointed with all of my services! I go the spa at least once every 2 weeks and I have been to spas from California to Atlanta and this was not good at all! I said I was going to stay quite but I hate spending money on poor service. First, they took me back for my seaweed wrap which I was a little scared because I did not go to a changing room to drop off my things into a locker. Then the wrap starts and it was fine until I turned over. I got seaweed on the plastic and asked her if she could wipe the seaweed off so I would not get it in my hair. She said "You mean you don't want seaweed in your hair!" I said no and she rolled the plastic down and continued. Afterwards, she gave me a bag to put my items in and escorted me to the bathroom in the back to shower. I start to shower and look at the bottle supplies to use and when I picked them up each one had long blond hairs all over them! Seriously! I finish showering and open the door for my next service and I am met for my massage (Stil carrying my bag of stuff and my purse around). Yeap this is supposed to be relaxing carrying your crap around at a spa! My husband I have a couples massage and he liked his but mines SUCKED! Not only was it not smooth, I could tell he rushed. He did not even massage my hands he did not massage the left side of my arms and legs when I turned to my stomach. When he massaged my back he put oil on his arm and used his forearm that felt like prickle hairs. Just like when someone shaves and the hairs are growing back! Then we had the spa lunch and it was Cold! The sandwich the fries were cold. So trying not to let on that I wasn't happy to my husband I went to my next service. I was determined something was going to be good. Well my manicure and pedicure were poor qaulity. Eventhough, she was VERY nice and had great conversation, the quality of work was poor! There is nail polish on the skin around my toes. It looks clumped and bubbled up. My husband even hated it. I do realize everyone was very nice but the services were poor. I promise you I will never go back. I took pictures of my toes too show how bad the quality is. I will try to post here if I can or leave me your email and I will send you the pictures!…

Absolutley Inviting!. I've been to a number of spas across the country for a variety of services from Mani/Pedi to facial to massage. This spa definitly ranks in the top. Natural Body was clean and inviting and every staff member was neat and professional. I had a manicure and pedicure and both services were wonderful and relaxing. I wish I would have had massage as well. I travel to this area often for business and will most definitly be back.…

When Natural Body International (NBI) closed its Washington, DC area franchises, it refused to honor the outstanding spa package purchases made by customers at those locations. NBI has formally stated that it has no obligation to honor service promises made by its franchisees. The Washington, DC area franchises closed with very little warning to their customers. BE CAREFUL!…

Awesome Spa. I always have great experiences when I come to this spa. Just from walking in the door, the aroma of the candles, diffusers, and everythiing else that makes that incredible scent, I wish I could bottle it. The services are reasonably priced, the front desk staff (Emily, Jen and Eneta-she has a great smile) and therapist are knowledgeable and friendly. Especially Alyson and Stacy I always get my facials and waxing with them. Karen and Jamie are great for massages. And Indya for mani/pedi. The spa is in a great location at North Hills Mall. Some complain about parking but I always park down by Target , there are always spaces down there.…
