Best Japanese fast food restaurant and good customer service. Best place to go if you are looking for some place fast and resonable price. Must order item are the Hibachi chicken, shrimp, steak, and scallops, especially good with their home made sauce. Also check out their sushi, first time for me and I love it. Great place for family if you dont wants to spent too much on a dinner and stil enjoy your meals. Pretty good customer services for a fast food restaurant and definitely faster than any other restaurant that I have experience. For those of you who havn't try their food give your self a chance and give them a chance to seved you. For me japan express will be one of my regular restaurant list.

Great food!. The seating area is standard. They have a window so you can watch them cook the meats. There servings are appropriate for the price. Their steak, chicken and shrimp hibachis are great. So are their sauces. I have had their noodles and they are nothing great. Also had there tempura, again, nothing great. Also had their crab rangoon, its more cream cheese than crab....but thats all okay... I just dont order those items from there anymore...but we continue to return time and time again for their hibachi. Great food with out the big show and fancy price tag.

Don't expect Japanese food. Maybe I was expecting too much from a fast food Japanese restaurant. I enjoy their Hibachi Chicken which is simple and satisfying. But veer outside the normal food on the menu and try to get something remotely Japanese and you will be unpleasantly surprised. The California Rolls are prepackaged and taste it. The wasabi paste was bordering on gray instead of the normal green. The Soba noodles might as well be labeled "spaghetti". And the worst thing on the menu is the tempura. If you like thickly breaded onion rings, you are in luck. But if you are looking for something actually cooked in tempura batter, keep looking. When confronting the staff specifically about the tempura, I was simply told "that's what the package says". Maybe my expectations were a little too high.
