Do Not Go Here!!!!. Chris the mechanic is really a nice guy, but service at Import Autowerks really sucks. Left my car there on a Wednesday morning for a few things to be looked at. I heard nothing from the shop til I called on Friday and was told they had not got to it yet. I got a called on Tuesday and was given a $770 estimated that I agreed to. I was promised my car would be ready on Wednesday (1 week later) Chris forgot to order a part so my car would not be ready til Thursday. No one called me to tell me the car was ready. I call Friday morning and was told come pick it up. Not only was my car not ready but what was supposed to be fixed didn't get fixed. So I had to wait another 2 hours for Chris to complete some of what he didn't do while he had my car for 9 days. Chris test drove my car and didn't notice that it didn't have any power. Not only will I never go here again I'm having the $782.40 that I paid reversed back to my account since the car never got me back home from work that night. This shop really sucks. Sorry Chris just telling the truth.

Find another mechanic.
I could not be any unhappier. Had them fix something, cost me a bundle, three months later the same thing goes wrong and they want to charge me the same price. I don't think so.
On top of that, you get treated like hey...we have the business and don't really care if you leave your car here or not.
