Best service and will return calls assp. I have been a satisfied customer of JDSS Satellite since they installed my Dish Network system in 2005. Joe, the owner of JDSS, went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I would get a very good signal in the wooded area where I live. He did what the satellite companies thought was impossible: he not only got a satellite signal but an excellent one at that. In fact, prior to him coming to my house, I had two of my neighbors become interested in Dish Network, so Joe installed theirs too after installing mine.

Were there any kinks in the system? Yes, but with a phone call to Joe he explained over the phone how to resolve it. I don't care if it's satellite or cable, you can always run across a problem, but Joe's hands on expertise would fix the problem by phone or a visit to my home.

The bottom line is that JDSS Satellite looks out for their customers and that's what counts.

When you plan to have satellite service installed contact JDSS. You won't be sorry.
