We ordered a few pizzas when my parents were visiting and they fell in love. We won't be going anywhere else for our pizzas. They have obviously improved since the poor reviews a few years ago. We know fresh, good pizza and this is it!
Best pizza around. I go to paradise pizza all the time. I love the food and the owner is a friend of my family. We always get a warm welcome and good attitudes. YUMMY!
OK pizza, poor customer service. I had a slice of their pizza one day and for a reheated slice of pizza it wasn't bad. They have the nice thin pizza which reminded me of real NY pizza. I thought a whole fresh pizza might taste even better but unfortunately we never got to order one. They claim that they deliver, yet when we called and my husband explained we lived right off Ten-Ten Road only about 4 miles away, he heard a guy in the background (who I'm assuming was the manager or owner) saying that he didn't know where our address was, so just tell them we don't deliver there.
watch out everyone!.
I just wasted $20. Please don't waste yours. My little girl, husband and I just ate there and had the worst pizza, no, worst MEAL we have ever had.
I cannot believe that with all the pizza places around, this place can stay open. The pizza was truly the worst I have ever had. After reading the other reviews posted here, I can see this was no one-time problem.
If you are craving a pizza, go to Home Grown Pizza, J& S, or The Loop for good pizza. Or for that matter, even buying a frozen pizza would be better than Paradise Pizza.
Paradise Pizza. I have eaten there several times just out of convenience more than anything else. The food is mediocre and all the staff, including the owner, are incredibly rude. Find somewhere else to eat even if it is convenient.
Best New York Style Pizza Around!!!. I have always been a big fan of New York style pizza but have been unable to find a good pie locally until I found Paradise Pizza. I normally take-out but they have a dining room too. I was surprised to see they have a huge Italian menu too. The owner is almost always there and seems to put his heart and soul into the place. I love this place.
Somewhere far away from Paradise. My fiance and I decided to go, and as soon as we walked in we were treated badly. The counter help gave us dirty looks and didn't acknowledge us. If we weren't so hungry and tired...we would have turned around right then, but we decided to give it a try, I mean it does say, "Paradise" in its name, right? So we order two slices of cheese and veggie. The girl at the counter was barely audible let alone friendly. She's definitely not in Paradise. The pizza slices were barely edible and luke warm to boot. Paradise Pizza should be renamed to Paradise Lost Pizza. Don't go.
Horrible experience. The owner and the counter help obviously dislike having children in the restaurant. In a pizza joint of all places! They were all rude to me and my friend, and insulting to the children. There are a lot of good pizza places where you get treated courteously and with respect. This is definitely NOT one of them. We will not go back.
