Very inconsistent.. We used to go to O'Charley's quite often but have stopped due to the inconsistency of the service. One time it will be fine the next it will be really bad.

great service. I'm typically not a O'Charley's fan - but the guys at the Brier Creek location are awesome! Great service and wonderful food! I would definitely reccommend this restaurant!
