GORGEOUS COLOR!!!! Kate is a miracle worker! I went to Kate after I was referred to her by a friend of mine. I went to her for a color correction since the past four salons I went to I was very disappointed with. Kate listened to what I wanted and also gave her suggestions. My hair now looks rich, shiny, and healthy.... exactly what I wanted. I am so happy I went to Kate. She is so talented and I would recommend her to anyone!!!

Brazilian Blowout is AMAZING. So glad I took Kate's advice and got my first Brazilian Blowout. The results are incredible. I have such curly, frizzy hair and in the summers it's absolutely uncontrollable. I got my Brazilian Blowout and I am more than impressed. My hair is so soft, frizz-free, and dries in no time! I love love love this treament and would recommend it to anyone! Go see Kate for a Brazilian Blowout!

Jimmy Lumia - great service, highly skilled stylist/colorist. I've been a client of the owner, Jimmy Lumia, for more than 15 years thanks to his fantastic hair cuts and highlights. Jimmy is a real expert with color, which is important to me. And, I always get personal attention; he never double books clients, unlike at many big salons in Raleigh. I am really particular about my hair, and Jimmy takes the time to listen and make suggestions. I give Geoffrey James Salon my highest recommendation!

Fantastic Kate. Kate has been doing my hair for one year and I am just thrilled with her work. I am in the entertainment industry and always have to look my best. Kate makes it really easy for me. She always gives me spectacular color, style and hair care. She has even done my makeup for several special events. She is very talented and easy to work with. I moved to Raleigh a couple of years ago and tried a few of the "best" Raleigh salons and then I met a friend who had great hair and she referred me to Kate. I reserved writing any reviews until I was absolutely sure about Kate, but have no doubts, her work is consistent and exceptional.

Outstanding cut and color. I went to Kate after reading some reviews on city search and she did a wonderful job. Kate is a great listener and did exacly what I wanted. She did great with my haircut and I cant express how happy I am with my color. I will definitely be back.

Kim Is a GREAT Hairstylist. I've been going to Kim for years now since I moved up to Raleigh and I haven't been anywhere else. She is wonderful. She's very good at giving subtle highlights that complement your face and skin tone. She adds alot of little touches that just makes your hair look wonderful. I've gotten all my friends to go there now and they all say that she's great. I would highly recommend her to anyone. WONDERFUL!!!!

Heidi is a wonderful stylist. Everyone, Heidi is wonderful! I came into her 2 weeks ago with washed out shapeless hair, and I don't even look the same. She put "dimension" back in and gave me a style that really works with my features.

She also spent time showing me how to style it and gave me time saving tips. Plus she is really fun to talk to. I have been getting double takes by coworkers and my husband loves my new look. I've finally found my hair stylist. I highly recommend Heidi!

Kate is amazing. After reading all of the reviews about this salon I decided to call and make an appointment, my appointment was with Kate. I had not had my hair done in about six months, I needed something to freshen me up. Kate really listened to my concerns she gave me subtle highlights and applied what she called a glaze on the rest of my hair which made it incredibly shiny and the cut is fabulous as well. This was the change I needed without being to shocking everyone loves my hair I am thrilled!

Tried for 10 months. Moved to the area a year ago and since my previous stylist was so great I took my time finding a new one. I thought I had found a good one with Jeff at Geoffrey James salon. I was wrong. My first cut and highlights were good, not fantastic, but since Jeff seemed like a nice person and seemed to listen I thought after a few visitis he would understand what my hair will and will not do. At my last visit he left long uneven peices that I had to trim and my last highlights were skinny strips. I know everyone is trying to save money but he is doing this by using less product and charging the same price. it is a total waste of my time and money to get these results. He took such little time cutiing my hair on my last visit that I wondered if he had cut anything at all (of course he had but a few qucik snips and your're done). At each visit I mention any issue I had with the last cut./color but he does the same thing. After my first visit I recommended him to friends but after my last visit I mentioned to them that I had given up on Jeff and would be looking for a new stylist. Each said they thought the same thing, one had gone a few times the others just once. One had skimmpy highlights and the others had uneven issues and not the right cut. One said after just two weeks the cut was grwoing out badly and she was having a tough time styling it. We all walked in with different hair types and styles but we all walked out with the same basic cut. Maybe he has one style that he does, short or long this is what he does. Also the prices on their wesite are less that what they actually charge.
