Ten stars would be better. This is the best florist I have ever used. They always get it perfect no matter what I need. It no wonder they were voted the Best of the Best by the readers. Keep up the great work.

Dear Mrs. Myers, First I am very sorry we were not able to fill your flower order when you called on 2-19-2011. We were extremely busy with a Bridal Show we were involved with on this day. As the
owner of this business, I try very hard to go above and beyond in pleasing everyone. We stand behind our business and our rule is 150% customer service. Sometimes we do not get it right and we appreciate your feedback. We will take this comment into consideration and will try harder next time. Again, we apologise that this had to happen twice. Saturdays can be one of our most busiest times of the week. Not to make any excuses we value each and everyone of our customers.

I will definitely recommend to NOT use Purple Poppy. This is the 2nd time I have called from Ohio to order flowers - and the 2nd - and last time! Both times I was told it was too late - 11:45 am on
a Saturday? Really? That is service? Why are you answering the phone if you don't want business??

The One and Only Florist Around!. Words cannot even begin to describe how fabulous The Purple Poppy really is! My husband and I got married in May and I still have family and friends who talk about our floral arrangements! For both the ceremony and the reception, the whole set up was a dream come true. We let Doug know what our color scheme was and I let him know of my favorite flowers and let him roll with the punches and could not have been more pleased with the results. The Owner of the venue where we were married even admitted that Doug's work was the best she had ever seen at her own place! I have found the only florist I will ever use. The Purple Poppy is HIGHLY recommended! You won't be disappointed! Doug's creativity and professionalism go above and beyond - Thank you for everything, Doug! =)…
