The One and Only Florist Around!

Words cannot even begin to describe how fabulous The Purple Poppy really is! My husband and I got married in May and I still have family and friends who talk about our floral arrangements! For both the ceremony and the reception, the whole set up was a dream come true. We let Doug know what our color scheme was and I let him know of my favorite flowers and let him roll with the punches and could not have been more pleased with the results. The Owner of the venue where we were married even admitted that Doug's work was the best she had ever seen at her own place! I have found the only florist I will ever use. The Purple Poppy is HIGHLY recommended! You won't be disappointed! Doug's creativity and professionalism go above and beyond - Thank you for everything, Doug! =)

MOST TALENTED FLORIST AROUND

AFTER ORDERING FLOWERS FOR SEVERAL OCCASSIONS FROM THE PURPLE POPPY, I KNEW THAT THEY WERE THE FLORIST THAT MY FAMILY WOULD CHOOSE FOR MY SONS WEDDING. WHEN WE MEET WITH THE DESIGNER (DOUG), TO DISCUSS THE PLANS FOR THAT DAY, EVERY DETAIL WAS CARRIED OUT AND THIS WAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WEDDING I HAD EVER ATTENDED. I COULD NOT GET OVER THE INCREDIBLE TALENT THAT THIS FLORIST HAD PROVIDED IN EVERY ARRANGEMENT THAT THEY CREATED. THEY WERE WONDERFUL IN HELPING WITH THE DETAILS FOR THE TABLE SETTINGS LIKE LINEN COLOR AND DISHES AND FLAT WEAR. I COULD NOT THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR ALL THEY DID, AND HELPING MAKE MY SON AND DAUGHTER -IN-LAWS DREAMS COME TURE.

Awesome Florist!!!!!

Doug and Brandie were a DREAM to work with!!!!! Very personable, friendly and knowledgeable about florals, etc.!!!! I met with Doug at least 6 months prior to my wedding and gave him the details of wanting a candlelit wedding and reception with very simple, yet elegant, florals. It was evident from that meeting that he knew exactly what I wanted: simple, clean, white with greenery, and elegant with no frilly, fru-fru stuff. I ended up renting some vases to use as the centerpieces at the reception (I saw these when checking out linens at the rental shop) and Doug was very gracious about deviating from our original plan and working with me to use the vases. Everything turned out beautifully!!!!!! Especially the display of glassware and candles as the altar arrangement at the chapel---that was totally Doug's creative genius! I was very comfortable and confident with allowing Doug to come up with his own design/ideas for the candlelight altar display and the bouquets, etc. The best part about working with Doug is that he makes you feel like a friend, not just a client with a checkbook. I highly recommend Doug and The Purple Poppy!!!!!!
