Nails Manicure

I wanted to get my manicure done.. And the lady did not understand what I wanted and asked me some question. Since I was not sure of what she was asking I requested her to repeat it..For that she started talking in a different language with her co worker and ignored me.. Not at all friendly environment.. They do not have patience to listen what you want..Without any clue they start doing your work not even having a clear picture of what you want.. I would say very poor customer service...
