Rude sale staff!!!. I love Ross, but on a recent visit to this store, my mother, myself and my children were treated very rude by a sales associate. It was close to closing time and I was in the check out line, with about 7 people in front of me, there were two sales associates standing at another register, just talking to each other, my daughter was trying to find a suite case for a trip to Europe and one of the ladies yelled at them and told them it was time to leave! Like I said there were still close to 7 people in line and they were yelling and talking mean to my children, who were not small kids, but 2 15 year old and and 12 year old who was shopping with their Grandmother! I will never shop there again, what ever happened to customer service?
