The owner, Tina, gives great service but she has so many regulars that it's hard to get an appointment with her. There are several others who work there, but it seems there is some turnover. All are at least average and others are pretty good. It's fun that they're exceptional at remembering names and everyone greets you hello and good-bye. One unfortunate thing is that all the massage chairs don't seem to work right, so you miss out on that experience if you get a dud chair.
