Consistent and good quality food items but everything except salads (and even some of the salads) are very high in calories and priced higher than something comparable elsewhere. Bakery items are way over-priced and are lower quality than most grocery store bakery selections. They're fast and acceptable quality, but go somewhere else if it's equally convenient for you.

Great place for brunch, hang out as long as you like. Fresh, tasty food, prices are about the same as elsewhere, but there's no wait staff, so you can hang out as long as you like. Great place to catch up with friends on the weekend. Their quiche is great. Sometimes takes awhile to get the food, and the portions aren't huge, but it's a nice atmosphere and a unique experience overall. Relaxing.

Okay food. This the first time that I've been to this location but I've gone to the one in Chapel Hill a few times before for lunch. My parents don't like most restaurants but did enjoy the Chapel Hill location for lunch a lot. I did too. But my recent dinner at the Cary location was not great. The person who I ate with wasn't impressed either. Both of us got salads. I finished mine and the weird bread that came with it. She barely touched either. Both of our salads had way too much dressing on it. I got a chicken Cesar salad and the dressing was way too rich. She said a similar thing about her dressing. Maybe it was just this one time, I don't know. But I don't plan on going back in the near future.

Consistant service and product. We have eaten this and the original Cafe in Cameron Village and both offered great service and product for the price point. There is a wide variety of choices and over the years they have improved the business model in a positive way. It's not too busy on Sunday mornings before church and great treat for the kids with the diverse menu. Everything is prepared fresh and it doesn't take long to get it!
