Has the BEST sales staff there than ANY other Jared I know.. We stumbled upon Jared's in Feb-March 2005. We were looking for a SPECIAL right hand ring and BOY did we find it. Thanks to Tommy and Kirsten and DREW!!! Not since that day have we ever bought any jewelry from any where else. We have had MANY pieces from here and have never had a issue we could not easily resolve. I personally think I have two of the prettiest rings that have ever come out of this store. Thanks to Tommy, Cindy and Tammy. Not only are we customers, we are life time FRIENDS. If I am ever looking for something different they can find it for me with out me being there. SIMPLY-- They are the BEST!!!!

Heartache. Long story short: Bought an engagement ring somewhere else, took it to Jared to have stones tightened. They ruined the ring. Our only option was to have them replace our original with one of theirs. We swapped it for something nice, but not as nice as what was ruined. Soon after, we found out that the quality of the ring was so bad, the center stone was in danger of being lost. When we took it back to Jared, along with two letters from other jewelers stating the problem, they blew us off. They offered to take the setting back and give us another one, but they won't give us money for our original setting, the one they ruined. All we want is the opportunity to go somewhere else, get a SAFE ring we will be happy with, and they unequivocally denied us. It was heartbreaking and incredibly frustrating. I won't ever do business with them again. With less than four months before my wedding, thanks to Jared, I don't have an engagement ring to wear.

No designers. Unimpressed. No David Yurman or John Hardy. Nothing really original. Will shop elsewhere for unusual finds. Good if you want jewelry like everyone else.
