Worst Service. I was there roughly three weeks ago as I heard they had nice dresses at good prices. Unfortunately, this was NOT the case...selection is very, very small and comes in very few sizes. And the service was horrific! We were greeted upon arrival, and it went downhill from there. I waited 30 minutes to get any help. And once I did, that lasted about 5 minutes. Could not find sizes. Could not get info on how to order. And I stood at the counter for 5 minutes without even being acknowledge. I would NOT recommend this spot if you want a pleasant experience...which wedding dress shopping should be!

Thank you. This is the best bridal shop in the triangle!! Wonderful service and staff made my expirence here wonderful, esp. considering how other bridal shops treat their customers!

A pleasant experience!!!. I was so pleased to have stumbled on to this place. After having several bad experiences with snobbish sales staff & owners at other bridal salons, these ladies were a breath of fresh air. They are extremely friendly & accomodating and truly understand that not every bride-to-be has an unlimited budget to spend and for those that do, they can accomodate them as well. Not only did I find my dress & shoes there, but I also found my bridesmaid's dress and my invitations. They also offer a florist & baker and any other accoutrements you may need for the ceremony & reception. They truly offer one-stop wedding shopping.

Very Pleased. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly smile. You can tell that they are an honest company that receives joy out of helping others not grabbing every dime from your pocket. They not only helped me with my gown but my bridesmaids, the tuxes for the guys, decorating suggestions, the cake (which was very delicious as well as affordable), invitations... truly a one stop shop with many talents. Everything arrived on time and perfect just as the promised. I would recommend them to everyone!! Thanks!
