Abysmal service, good food

Abysmal service on both visits.

First visit service was seriously slow.Finally I left exact change after waiting for 20+ minutes just for someone to come and pick up my payment. But the food was good, so I gave the place one more try. On this visit, the following occured:

1)extra place settings were left on the table

2)each diner was brought the wrong plate with the wrong sides

3)1 delmonico and 1 strip were ordered. Bill came for 2 delmonicos

4)waitress standing at pickup window ran her fingers through her hair and then picked up a plate.

It's a shame, the food is superb, but the service is dreadful.

• Cons: Service is crud. Wrong orders, slow service, poor hygiene

EXCELLENT SERVICE, GREAT FOOD, I LOVE THE STAFF

I just wanna start off with saying I got sat very quickly and was happy with that. the host though was not very friendly and got kind of a bad vibe to start everything off. But everything definitely turned around when our server came. It was a server by the name of Kyle; pretty tall, blonde, and a great sense of humor made me and my family feel right at home. He had awesome recommendations with the choices of our drinks and meals. The service was excellent. None of our drinks ever went empty and everytime he came to the table it was with a smile on his face. I will definitley be returning to see kyle and to enjoy the awesome food. GO BISON!

• Pros: Awesome wait staff, great food, and the design and construction of the resturant is superb!
• Cons: none
