Used to be good.Changed for the bad

I used to go there several times a week. The good drink specials are gone. Not only did they raise the prices but what they have on special is awful. I ordered an Ale House Pilsner must be the worst beer ever. How can this be 'special'? So now you have to order a high priced draft just to be able to drink it. The people I know that used to go there are all looking for a new place to hang out. Bad news travels fast. The place was dead last Friday. It used to be packed.

Worst Experience I've Ever Had

We had a HORRIBLE experience. We went for my husband's birthday last week and had about 12 people in our party. The took over 20 minutes to bring us our drinks and even longer to get a refill. The waitress we had (Kelley) was so confused over our orders, it took at least 1 hour to get our food ordered and out. After our food came, it was pretty decent, but the fiasco just got started. The waitress messed up all of our checks and had to re run everyone's cards. Well it took an hour and a half for the situation to be figured out. During this time not one manager came over to explain the situation or let anyone know what was going on. 2 members of our party ended up getting charged 5 times and 11 TIMES on their credit cards!!!! When we complained to the management they said "dont worry we will take care of you." If by that they meant, ading 20% gratuity onto all of our checks, because that is exactly what they did. This was AFTER an hour of waiting on our checks. Not to mention we had 2 babies with us and had to get them home because a 1 hour dinner turned into a 4 hour miserable time.

When we called later to figure out a solution to our credit cards being charged 5 - 11 times, they were curt, short and said the "manager was in an interview".

Oh they did give us a few coupons for appitizers to "make up for their errors." But really?? Why would we EVER want to go back there. How about you give us something we can use... LIKE OUR MONEY BACK!!!!

Don't start a tab, they'll screw it up!

I went to this location with my SO to meet some friends and he decided to open a bar tab. After an hour he asked for the bill and there were other people's drinks on there! He asked to have them removed from the bill and they charged BOTH totals to his credit card. They charged us $27 for $10 in drinks (which would have cost about $2 at home)! Never open a bar tab at this place. Between this and the food poisoning I got from the Cary location I'll never set foot in another Carolina Ale House and would encourage you to do the same.

I totally love their food,best wings and blue cheese ever!!! We actually eat here once a week and get the same stuff. ;)
