BEST shop i've been to, by far!. i have quite a few tattoos and can say that No Regrets is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the best shop i've ever been to. as soon as you walk in all the nerves you usually have going to get a tattoo or piercing are gone b/c the staff is all really laid back and nice. no one judges or makes you feel uncomfortable. they make sure you have the best experience that you can and make getting your tattoos something to look forward to.

Brad Watkins is my artist up there....he is amazing. he has done 10 tattoos for me now, and we have more plans in the works. he is awesome at doing custom pieces and really giving you something that is a one of a kind and unique piece of art, rather than something you see on every other person walking down the street. he is so talented and his use of color and shading is unsurpassed! i show off my tatts every chance i get and everyone is always impressed by how clean and vibrant they are! i am telling you....if you're looking for something that is going to stand out as a piece of art, instead of just some cheesy trendy tattoo....brad is your man. you won't regret it....in fact....you'll end up wanting more! :) plus...he is really fair with his pricing and values his loyal clients!! i've also had two tatts done by chris, and they were both awesome, as well! and tony has done several piercings for me and they've all turned out great! he is always very calming and patient (i always get a little more nervous for piercings than tattoos).

honestly, i can't say enough good things about the shop. they're really good guys in there and natalie (the receptionist) is always a pleasure to talk to, as well. they really value the art of the industry. i will be going to brad and no regrets for many years to come!!!!

Excellent!. This has always been the only shop I've used. I've known Natalie and Chris for years. Super nice and professional. I always get top notch work from Chris. Great prices, you won't be sorry!

Bad A$$ shop. I am going to sound like all the other reviews but honestly that is why I came here a few nights ago. I had gotten all my work at blue flame and returned with a tattoo I wanted which they refused due to attitude. I am done with that. I decided to check Chris out at No Regrets and him and Natalie found lettering and had it drawn up and gave me a price and started the tattoo within ten to fifteen minutes. The price was insanely good and the work was bomb a$$ good. No way it could have been better or cleaner. I got trust thyself and all I can say is I trust these guys. Just wanted to give them some deserved props.

Amazing Tattoo shop, by far the best in Raleigh. We are from Asheville and came in for two tattoos. My husband and I. They were the nicest shop they we have ever been to in the whole state. The vibe of the manager really was professional yet calming. She was honest and walked us through every step of the way. We really had an amazing expierence and received two perfect and professional tattoos from Chris. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. We brought in custom work which was easily done and they also had lots of stuff on the wall as well.

I like the atmosphere very much and we will definitely make a trip back for a revisit.

I would say of all the shops here in Raleigh we visited this is the best priced, nicest employees and best portfolio displayed.

Best SHOP in Raleigh. Excellent shop with knowledgeable staff. Very friendly. Great parking and always eager to help. Work is great and they have very competitive pricing. Sometimes there is a wait Friday and Saturday but everyone tries their best to ease the wait. I highly recommend this price. Tony is good for traditional and Chris is good at everything and mainly specializes in coverups.

Beautiful Tattoo Art!. I have several small tattoos from various artists from Raleigh to Wyoming, but the best and my favorite BY FAR was done by Chris Hix at No Regrets. Last year, he designed a cherry branch for me - originally, I planned to have it done on my neck but reconsidered the location kind of last-minute (work and all...). Chris re-did the design to fit just below my collar bone. It's fantastic and I get compliments constantly. People are always surprised that it's a tattoo -it looks like it's painted on. Beautiful shading, excellent color, and it's held up wonderfully - still gorgeous about a year later (and the price was great!). If I decide on any more, I know who I'm going to! I highly reccomend him!

Best Ink in All the Land. I've had a small tattoo and some piercings for a while. I was on the hunt to get some more work done but didn't know anyone in the area so I did some 'shopping' and asking for recommendations. No Regrets kept coming up, so I decided to give them a shot.

Chris Hicks at No Regrets did a fantastic job on a piece a couple of months ago. (He deserves 5 stars for that, alone). I knew without question that I wanted him to do another one. A BIG ONE. He drew up several renditions and I changed my mind and 'hemmed and hawed' and never charged me for all the hours he spent on the drawings. Finally, we decided on 'the BIG one' (3 palm sized lilies, leaves and stems that go from armpit to below the hip) and he sat down and went to work. In my wildest imagination, I could NEVER imagine that it would turn out as beautiful, colorful or 3 dimensional as it did. His use of colors and shading is superb! He is an incredible artist and I would, without hesitation send anyone their way. When all was said and done, for the amount of work that went into my tattoo, the price was a steal!!!!!!!!! They have by far the best prices in town and most approachable staff in the Triangle!

Exceeded all my expectations!. Just got my second tattoo (1st from No Regrets) and I absolutely love it. I couldn't find an example of what I wanted so I told him what I wanted was "in my head". I described it to him, and not only was the "prototype" cool, the way he inked it out was absolutely incredible. The shading and blending was excellent.



Thanks, Chris--I'll be back for my next one!

No Regrets tattoo is the best.... Everything i have ever had done i have done there..I have my eyebrow,tongue and nose and bellybotton done... I also have three tattoo's one on each foot and one on my lower back and am thinking of going back to have my boyfriend's name put on my neck... I love there work and the people that work there are great... I love there price's to they are priced really good... They are all around good... I will never go anywhere else to have anything done... They are number 1....

Great service with a better price tag than most places. I've had three piercings done there, and the guy is top notch. Everyone I know that's been there for tattoos has loved it as well. They do excellent work in a great environment, and the prices are reasonable and competetive. If you're looking for a place that does good work, but you don't want to spend a ton of cash at one of the "trendier" joints like Blue Flame or Warlocks, this is the place to go. Great folks, great work, and best of all, great prices.
