I eat at Milton's weekly, and think it's very good, inexpensive, Italian-Ameican Food. They have a lunch buffet every day of the week with pizza, salad, pasta, vegies & more. Each week night they have a special - Wed & Sunday are the best - free salad bar with a pasta entre'. Monday is Wing night, Tuesday is $2 off pizza, Thursday is $2 off strumboli, I dunno what they do friday, and I think Saturday is half price desert with an entre.

If Jenifer went to Milton's & there was nobody there & it was slow, I have to think she was at the Wakefield location, or it was after 9:00 PM.

We came with a group of friends who said that Milton's had fast service and excellent food. We found both to be untrue. We walked in and saw hardly anyone in the restaurant which made us wonder if something was wrong. We soon found out the probably causes. The service was INCREDIBLY slow when the restaurant was pretty much empty besides our group (I only saw 2 other customers besides our group). This should have meant that food would come out incredibly quickly. However, half of our group's order was lost before it even got to the kitchen and it took the staff 20 minutes to catch this. The first half of the group was done eating by the time the second half's food came out...ironically, the dish that took the longest to come out was spaghetti! Prices were WAY too high (at least $2-3 higher per entree than comparable restaurants and not worth it at all). Additionally, the food was nothing to shout about: the baklava was obviously frozen, not fresh; the garlic bread was lacking flavor big time; the chicken and rice soup had no distinguishable flavors except celery and pepper.

We are not sure how Milton's was supposedly voted the "best restaurant in the Triangle" on citysearch.com, as stated on the company's website.

LOVE!. Sweet staff, great food! You will never be disappointed at our local Milton's.

I forget how good this place is. Milton's is a bit out of my way, but I try to get there any time I can. Don't miss the lunch buffet, unless you don't want to stuff yourself.

The employees are always super polite.

Great place to take the family or hang out with friends. The customer service and professionalism of the staff at Milton's make every visit so comforting. I am always greeted by smiling faces and a warm hello. The buffet is a great treat during the day and all of the pasta dishes and pizzas make for a great dinner. I love their consistent money saving daily specials. I have never left Milton's unhappy and anything left than full. Great dinner or lunch nearby and for a great price with a wonderful staff.

Best Family Restaurant Around. Milton's is "THE PLACE TO BE" the service can not be around. with the fast paced workers doing multiple jobs at once and still have a warm welcoming voice to treat you like family. Their all you can eat buffet can be the highlight of your day. With the BBQ ribs, fresh all you can eat salad bar, home made desserts, AMAZING pizza selection, and choice to get whatever you dont see and want. Its a experience you have to endeavor for yourself. and i PROMISE you will not leave without being 100% satisfied. its their goal

Best Family Pizza & Italian. I love Milton's. We have been eating there twice a month for 5 years. Fantastic staff and management team. I travel for a living and make Milton's my "Honey, I am home" stop for Friday dinner.

Freshest food and friendliest staff around!. The person (you can tell its the same person by the uneducated grammar and punctuation) writing how unfriendly the waitresses are to females must be an ex-employee. The people at Miltons are the friendliest around, and yes I am a female!

The entire staff (hosttess, cooks, managers, waiter, etc.) is wonderful. The food is always so good. Please do not let the other negative comments fool you...this place is terrific!!!

Best Family Restaurant in Wake Forest. Our Family has been with Milton's since it has opened here in Wake Forest. The wait staff is awesome and extremely friendly with the kids!! The food is delicious and the buffet is the best! There is something for everyone! We have had receptions there as well as birthday parties! The staff is always very accomodating and friendly! My daughter loves their spaghetti and meatballs, where the rest of the family is all for their pizza and wings. You can't beat the price and their daily specials! If you want to go out with your family for a dinner and feel like you are at home Milton's is definitely the place to go!
