Really delicious steak. Not sure what everyone else had trouble with. We were greeted by a friendly courteous staff, and we had a really good waiter who really took care of us. He was very friendly. I had the Outlaw Steak which is one of the better steaks I've hat at this price point, and they have a fantastic brownie desert with a hershey bar melted on top of it. Really good. I was a big fan.

Well this sucked. My boyfriend and I went to texas on this past weekend I was very disapointed in the service and food..My waitress thick red head...was rude with a nasty personalty. I will never return to texas she forgot our orders was slow with everything and the mangment well it wasnt any better thanks for the over cooked apple turn over Van.

Use as a back up choice.. We had dinner here on a Thursday night. Staff was seemed friendly. The menus were somewhat sticky and dirty. We ordered two different kinds of main entree salads. It took about 45 minutes to get the salads with the establishment around 35% capacity. The salads were average. No rolls were served. Finally the waitress brought the charge slip, but without a pen. The theme of the restaurant is nice, but management needs to seriously consider training the staff in both details and efficiency, especially with some serious competition from Applebees right next door who has outstanding service. I'd give them another chance, but not if I was really hungry.

Sad Service!. Be Warned, You will NOT get your moneys worth.

Periodically we go back and give them a second, third, and forth chance, in hopes that they have gotten their act together. The service is always sad. Sometimes the food is good, it?s basically hit-or-miss. Texas Steakhouse wants to charge the same prices as Outback does, but their service and food are not consistent like Outback. Every time, we leave very disappointed. Maybe we will give them another chance in a year.
