I am so upset about my visit here today! I took my 3YRO to get a mani/pedi and I planned a pedi myself. They ran the water for us and no one came over. I got my daughter situated and finally a lady came to help her. She was done in 5 minutes flat. Never did her nails and then thought I was going to be able to sit and have a pedicure done! I told them I would just pay for my daughter because it was not fair for her to sit and wait while I got a pedicure since it would take to long. Several of the workers came over and started talking in their native language about us. I asked for the third time if they could do her nails and they still looked like they had no idea what I was talking about. This is a nail spa, right? This was my second time going there and for certain my last. The first time I got a full set of gel nails and the man burnt me but it is by mu house so I gave it a second chance. Beware if you choose this place, especially if you are wanting to have a daughter day with a younger kid.

This place was AWFUL! Went the day before my wedding to use a gift certificate for spa mani & pedi. The nail tech did not say a single word to me the entire time I was there. She made the water scorching hot, and when I asked her to cool it down she rolled her eyes. Didn't let my feet soak, just started literally SAWING at my nails with a file. My cuticles were so raw and tender when she was done! She literally took 5 seconds per foot when removing dead skin. My feet were in fairly good shape since it's cooler weather, but she did an awful job!! When she painted the first nail I asked if she would use the other color instead, so she painted OVER the first color rather than removing and repolishing. She did a one minute paint job, missing spots after closer review. I could've given myself this "Spa Pedi" and it probably would've looked better. And here is the best part about the pedicure: when she was done with each tool she used, she simply rinsed it in the water my feet soaked in and put it back in the drawer!!!! WHAT KIND OF CLEANING CODE ARE THESE PEOPLE USING?!?!?!

Then it was time for my "Spa Mani"...which might as well have been done by a 7 year old! She didn't even move me from the pedi chair. She gave me enough water in a small dish to soak my fingernails, no cuticles. When I asked her if this was a "Spa Mani" she snapped something inaudible at me. She did an awful job shaping my nails and pushing back the cuticle. Again, no code of sanitation here either. Simply putting the tools back in the drawer as soon as she was finished. She did an awful job of painting, but this time it was more noticeable since it was my hands. I asked her to fix a few spots where she literally missed an entire stroke next to the nail wall. She got angry, snapped something back at me and removed all the polish. She grabbed my purse and told me to come and sit in the mani chair, where a man with a bad attitude re-did her shotty paint job. He did slightly better, but I could tell he was getting polish on my skin because his co-worker was angry.

Overall, the place was awful. I felt rushed and like they could care less that I was there. If I end up getting a nail infection, I am definitely going back! I had such an awful experience, I didn't even tip the girl! I NEVER write reviews this lengthy, but I would HATE to see someone go back and have the same awful experience I had, the day before my wedding no less!!

good service at a low cost. This place is really nice. You can get a good pedicure and a manicure at a cheaper price compared to other salons. I am satisfied by the works done by the people here. They can make a good and relaxing pedicure. Just try it.
