Lousy People

I went there for a couple of years. They have a hefty missed appointment charge ($250?). It didn't become an issue until my grandmother passed on Thanksgiving Day. I called first thing Monday morning to reschedule my appointment, which now conflicted with the funeral.

The receptionist was very rude about it. Evidently, a funeral is not a valid reason to reschedule an appointment. She said they'd make an exception and waive the fee just this once. After my cleaning, I never went back there.

I did call once to ask a question about my medical record. I was put on hold for fifteen minutes. When the receptionist came back, she said she couldn't find them. What kind of a doctor loses your medical records?

Great Office

Very nice facility and super friendly staff. Highly recommended not only dental-phobics but also regular dental patients as well!

Demand the Very Best and you Get It!

This is not a half wall communally heard dentist shop. This is no torture chamber of pressure filled $14 drill manic young plebes out to fill quota.

This is amazingly technologically advanced perfection in a quiet customer centric spa like practice.

You will pay for the one day shopping service ( had 3root canal, then build up and the crown is made on site! THREE HOURS ONLY). You will NOT BE SORRY YOU DID. Oh my. Trust Me. If you have problems w/ smells and sounds and other peoples smells and sounds at the dentist and need this kind of care -- GO. And, they aint hard to look at either : > *

- you'll need about twice as much. But your time is important and worth how much? Three or four visits to the Chamber? THAT adds up too.

• Pros: One Day Three Hour 3Root Canal & Crown made on site.
• Cons: Pay for the Cadillac, Get the Cadillac.

You'll Get What You Pay a Lot For.....

Had some major work to do and had much of it done here, with the excellent staff and service. Fine, clean facilities and extra special pampering come at a cost however, so

expect to a little less than double what lesser professionals charge. If you can afford it,

and I could, they're probably the best dentists in town. For those on a budget, consider alternatives and compare prices before you buy.

Friendly staff, not friendly to the wallet

I received a recommendation from a previous coworker to go to Sedation Dental Care. The staff was extremely nice and gentle; however, on the day I got my estimate, all that nice and gentle seemed to be a rip off. I was quoted over $10,000 for dental work!! There better be some diamonds in those fillings for it to be that expense! I went to two other dentists for second opinions. Both agreed that the prices were well over what was usual and customary. I was also told to get a crown where I didn't need one. At the end of the day, I picked a new dentist and for almost the same amount of work (minus that unneeded crown), I was quoted a price of $4,300. That makes me MUCH happier! Now I don't have to get that part time job as a stripper.

• Pros: very nice staff, friendly dentist, well decorated and comfortable office
• Cons: PRICES! The fillings better have diamonds if you expect me to pay that much!
