Do not borrow money from Auto Credit

I bought my car from them Aug. 2010 i have made my payment on time for a whole year and they still are saying i am behind i have never had my car reposed so that tells you i haven't been behind. There is a 60.00 every month they say i owe i did have a deferred payment back in oct. 2010 of the amount of 60.00 and it is still haunting me they still as of to date tell me it is on the last payment. But when i call to ask a question this 60.00 dollars still comes up they are the most unprofessonal people i have ever dealth with for someone that pays on time each month i am bi weekly and my payment is 146.96 and i send in 300.00 a month except for the month that i send in 448.00 for the extra week in oct and dec. I talked to the manager her name is Patrica and she is just as rude as all of the other employees. DO NOT BORROW MONEY FROM THESE PEOPLE THERE ARE OTHER ON THE LOT FINIANCE PEOPLE AROUND. I WILL NEVER EVER BORROW FROM THEM AND I AM A GOOD CUSTOMER. I AM GOING TO TRY TO PAY AN EXTRA 100.00 TO PAY MY CAR OFF EARLY. I CAN'T STAND TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE THAT I PAY ON TIME AND STILL HAVE ALL THIS STRESS. To begin with i told the lady when i had to sign the contract that i was going to change my payroll to once a month and they still wrote it up as bi weekly and it makes a difference so only go monthly on your contract because they can't refinance and they told me to go buy another car and then they could put it monthly HELL NO i will not buy another car and they finance it i am done with this place. Very mean employees....Bottom line.

THE REPO GUY IS A LITTLE SKINNY WHITE GUY WHO IS SCARY LIKE SHYT...ONLY THING THEY KEEP ON THE GATE IS A BABY CHAIN...GO CLIP THAT SHYT AND CRASH YOUR CAR INTO THEIR TRAILER.

THEY SAY MAKE AN APPT CAUSE THEY SCARY A$$E$ GOT GET PREPARED..

A Good Option when you are in need

I needed a second vehicle and they where the only ones that would give me a loan to secure it. I was not completely happy with the paper work process, but after I got everything signed, they did a good job. I got behind due to losing my job, and they worked with me for a few days before they shut off my car. Yep, they make you put a device on your car that will disable it if you miss a payment. The payment structure was a bit odd too. you pay every other Monday not once a month, so you end up paying extra if there happens to be more than too be more the 4 Mondays. The loan is paid now, and I am clear.

I tell you I owed $10.00 on my loan last month. I came out of the supermarket my car was gone! They are cjarging me $350 to get my car back....I'am not even behind on my payments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLZ DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Great company if you are trying to rebuild your credit!!!

They tell you up front there is NO GRACE period....But, So long as you make your first year's payments on time you earn a grace period! We never had any problems with any of the employees and unlike any other crediters they report to the credit bureaus every month and not only when your late like other creditors. but if you dont want to make your payments ON TIME like the other reviewers then DON'T BUY A CAR!!!!!!!!!!!
