Dishonest, unethical and downright crooks! BUYER BEWARE takes on a whole new meaning if you do business with Imports Performance or Import City of Raleigh. Run, don't walk, away from this company. They buy cars at auction that they put together like jigsaw puzzle. I had to file a complaint with the North Carolina Department of Justice. I suggest you do so too if you have had a bad experience to shut these people down for good. They prey on the poor. If you have dealt with Alex, you too know that he is a crook. Look elsewhere for a better deal.

They are full of it.. I bought my car from IP and the check engine light came on 2 hours after i left the lot. I returned the car and was told it was the O2. The clamed the put a new one on during the 3 hours i waited but the light came right back on. So I took it to my own person and he said the O2 had not been replaced. IP are a bunch of LIERS.

Buyer Beware. Don't walk...RUN!. I had the exerience of traveling 2 1/2 hours under the impression that I was pre-approved for a vehicle with this dealership. Not only was that a lie, but when I got there, the car was absolutely horrible. The dealership didn't even have enough respect for me as a customer to vacuum the car, knowing I was traveling so far to not only see it, but purchase it. It was not in good condition cosmetically and many of the amenities that were selling points for the dealership, were so abused by the previous owner that they were actually eye sores. Being a woman, my salesperson and the owner/manager must have thought I had desperate and dumb stamped on my forehead. I was not respected at all, even though I knew more about the car than my salesperson. This was actually my worst car shopping experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone and I'm thankful they were not able to earn my business.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM IMPORTS. I made a big mistake by not researching this place before buying a 2001 Volvo s40 from here. BIG BIG mistake. I was sold what "SEEMED" to be a good car. In the first week after purchasing the check engine light came on, the air conditioning quit working, the car was hesitant to start, and the 12V plug did not work. The engine light was on because the O2 censors needed to be replaced as well as the timing belt. The air condition just blew hot. and the 12V was blown. IF YOU ARE EVEN CONSIDERING BUYING FROM HERE DO NOT IT. Imports Performance Inc is a SCAM. THEY SELL HORRIBLE CARS AND ARE THEIFS!
