Banfield saved my cat's life. We rescued a cat that was near death. Banfield at Walnut St. in Cary was very honest and correctly diagnosed a thyroid problem and prescribed pills to be given: 1/2 pill in her food in the morning and 1/2 in the evening. The improvement in our cat's health was amazing and quick. Banfield also let me know how much I could save by purchasing 6 months worth of pills at a time, which brought the price way down from $25 a month to $10 a month. I am very happy with the care we received at Banfield and will continue to take my cat there..

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!. We took our dog penny here for a while because it was cheap and we didnt know any better. After the doctors at Banfield put poor puppy's hip back into place (she dislocated it) no one would even talk to us to tell us how everything went when we came to pick her up. We asked to see a doctor but they couldnt find anyone who knew what happened! We refused to leave without talking to someone so they had a tech tell us some very vague info.

Close to a week later i began to see BLOOD coming through the bandage. Freaked out, I cut off the bandage and came to find out that they had put the bandage on so tight that it had caused huge lacerations in the skin and the circulation had been cut off for close to a week so her leg was a thick with swelling as my forearm! I took her to a different vet where they had to give stitches to close one wound and the wound on her foot you could actually see the tendon because the skin was dead and had fallen off.

Our poor puppy is miserable all because BANFIELD IS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!! Please do not take your pets here and put them through anything like this. We have had to spend close to $1500 to fix the problem that the stupid people at Bandfield have caused. I hope this helps you make your decision about Banfield. DONT DO IT!

dishonest high turnover i don't recommend it at all. High turnover cause extra visits at your cost. Not really with Banfield since they are charted. They don't mind using the Banfield name to get new customers. If you want to see the same vet and employees don't go there. If you belive you should pay the price quoted don't go there.
