GREAT SALON EXPIRENCE

I dont typically take the time to write reviews but, in this instance I thought that it only right to give credit to this salon. I havent been a client for long but the last three apointments I did have were excellent. My sched is a bit crazy so I had to see a different stylist each time but, given my circumstance I still got the service I needed when I needed it! I saw Jay, Fabian, and Matthew at different locations which was actually interesting because the level of attentiveness and appeal to simply sit and be transformed was unwavering. Also the assistant "Brie" did an excellent job when straightening my hair which I have a world of difficulty doing myself. I could tell in my years of expirence with other salons in Syracuse NY and California that places like J&F are hard to find. When I left, I felt lifted and I think thats the best thing you can hope for in a salon. Even when I walked into the doors I was treated from the receptionist desk until I was sitting in a chair. I'm actually excited about my next apt!

Great Place to get a really great cut

MY stylist Homi is just great. I can sit down and let her

cut my hair knowing that she will do it right. This is

a hard thing to find in this area of the country.

I just love Homi and feel very comfortable with her and

I like the atmosphere of the whole salon.

I am intimidated by a lot of upscale shops, but not this

one.

• Cons: Some stylist are "Snooty"

unprofessional

I just received a phone call from Connie at your Stone Creek store to cancel my sons appointment because apparantly Antonella is too good to cut my 16 year olds hair. I was told Antonella does not do childrens hair, even though she has already cut his hair 4 times, and funny I was never charged CHILDRENS prices. I assume it is bcause,the last time he was in he may have been unclear on what he wanted her to do, which obviosly annoyed her. He was in no way dissrespectful or rude and handled himself as a true gentleman. I called to make him another appointment which was for Friday. We are leaving town on Saturday morning for an affair, now I need to find another appointment quickly. In this economy you should be grateful for people willing to come in and pay top dollar for a haircut, she always received a very good tip as well. I am appalled that the managemnt/ownership allowed her to make this call, instead of just being slightly inconvenienced and respecting the appointment. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
