Long wait- was never seen. Let me start by saying I am a nurse at WakeMed- so I know what its like to take care of patients and get busy at times. However, after going to this practice today, I was VERY disappointed. I got to the office well before my appt time to fill out paperwork, and waited for 2 HRS without being seen! I was also there with my 4wk old infant- not intending to spend my entire maternity leave in a doctor's office! When I asked the receptionist what was taking so long, she said she wasn't sure, and didn't even bother to get up and see where my chart was. When I asked for a refund of my copay, she said okay, when do you want to reschedule?

Obviously this practice DOES NOT value their patients or their business. I will not be referring any of my patients to this practice! I am very upset that valuable time with my newborn was wasted.

MY EXPERIENCES. I AM SORRY THE OTHER REVIEW HAD DIFFICULT TIME. I HAVE, UNFORTUNATELY, NEEDED THE SERVICES OF THIS GROUP 5 TIMES AS WELL AS MY HUSBAND. I AM HEADED INTO SURGERY AGAIN SOON. AS A FORMER NURSE, I AM A BIT FUSSIER THEN MOST PATIENTS. I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND DR. TYNER AND STAFF TO BE EXCEPTIONAL AND TRULY CARING. DR. TYNER IS THE "MASTER" OF THE LAPARSCOPE" AND CHRIS HIS NURSE WONDERFUL WHEN THINGS COME UP, PROMPLTY GETTING BACK TO ME AND ALWAYS EMPATHETIC. IT IS BAD TO NEED SO MANY SURGERIES, ONLY SILVER LINING IS KNOWING I HAVE THE BEST SURGEON ON MY SIDE ALWAYS. I HAVE TOLD OTHERS ABOUT THIS GROUP AND ALL HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED. THEY ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND.

like to wait and not get good service?. I needed my gall bladder removed. Upon first consultation, I waited in a very hot room for over an hour for 4 minutes with the doctor that never even listened to my heart or layed his hands on me. I was told to wait for surgery. This seemed ok.

When the time came I really needed surgery, I had a different doctor (no problem). When I had what I thought were complications I was forced to leave a message on the voice mail. My message sounded panicy but no one called me back for over 24 hours. When they did, the poor person had no idea of my message. After blowing up at the poor person, I got a recheck appt with the doctor. He never even touched me, listened to my gut sounds. Just told me to deal with it. I did end up ok but I was not pleased at all with this office that is way too busy although probably sufficiently staffed.

The final straw was 2 months later. I just now got my bill. All the other bills came promptly. I thought I was done and now there is more money to pay. How could their billing department be as bad as the rest of the place?!?!?
