We had such a great experience with Sweet Memories Bakery. From a last minute cake tasting- to the most beautiful, most delicious wedding cake we could have ever asked for. Danielle was very helpful and our cake turned out perfectly. We went with a four tier, Lemon Poppy Seed Pound Cake with Lemon Curd and Raspberry filling, all covered in the most delicious Lemon Buttercream. We didn't get to eat more than just our 'cut the cake' bite, since we were so busy, but what we did taste was incredible. Ten months later and people are STILL commenting on our delicious wedding cake. We can't wait for our fresh anniversary topper!

Horrible customer service!!! Ordered a baptism cake. Gave them a picture of a basic design to match my baptism cake. They didn't match it at all, then waited 40 minutes for them to fix and it was still wrong. I was told they would email me about the situation. I had to email them and they never responded. All I really wanted was an apology and never got it. Paid a lot of money for an " ok" tasting cake that wasn't decorated the way I wanted. Would NEVER recommend!

Rude customer service. The girls who take the orders are very rude. They need basic customer service skills. Any time you try to order a cake from thier list, they always have an excuse. Either they are out of ingredients or they have a large order for that day. If you can't deliver the product, you shouldn' be in business. I wish there was an option for zero star!!!

To the owner: Treat your customers with respect!!!

Should be called... Bitter Regret. First I would like to say that I gave Sweet Memories 1 star because there was not an option for zero. Don't be fooled by the decent reviews on this page, the owner Donna writes them herself. All the cakes/cupcakes are made from a box! If I wanted a wedding cake from a box I would have made it myself! The staff is rude and everything is overpriced for the quality of the cakes/cupcakes. The last thing a bride to be needs to worry about when planning her wedding is her cake. When my husband fed me that first piece of our wedding cake I started to cry. Don't get confused, these were not tears of joy, although luckily my guests thought they were...No I was crying because the cake was terrible. I was embarrassed to serve it to my friends and family. After spending so much time and energy on my big day my cake tasted like I had bought it from a school bake sale (except worst). I am a huge supporter of small businesses--but Sweet Memories is not the way to go. I felt obligated to warn my fellow brides and community...if you order from Sweet Memories all you will get is Bitter Regret.

Skip this one, its BAD!. Overpriced product, rude staff... there was nothing to like about this place other than the way the products looked. There were no premade cakes or cheesecakes available so I opted for cupcakes--they were dry and crumbly while the frosting was airy and full of crisco texture that wouldn't leave your tongue. Tried red velvet cupcake (worst I've ever had and I love red velvet), cannoli cupcake (husband spit it out), white chocolate with raspberry filling, oreo, and white cake with strawberry. They looked gorgeous... but tasted worse than cupcakes from target.... and I'm not much for non-homemade, but at least those weren't dry and didn't make me feel like I needed to wipe my tongue with a napkin. What happened to quality bakeries? None of them make REAL buttercream and MOIST cake like they used to.

People are still talking!. It has been months since my wedding day and people are still gushing over how amazing the cake was. Thank you Sweet Memories for doing such an amazing job! The cake was delicious! My husband's only complaint was that people wouldn't leave us only so he could really dig into a big piece of cake! He is gonna really look forward to the 1 year anniversary cake!

Best cake I've ever tasted!. Seriously, when my now husband and I visited Sweet Memories for the first time for a consultation we just about died at all of the delicious samples. We ended up choosing the Simple Elegance with fresh strawberries and we could not have been happier on our wedding day. Danielle was so helpful and answered all our questions quickly. Since our wedding we've ordered a few birthday cakes from Sweet Memories and they are always delicious. Our new favorite is the sweet potato cake!

Fabulous wedding cake!. Our daughter had the wedding cake of her dreams thanks to Sweet Memories. The staff was very helpful from our first meeting to the cake tasting to the beautiful, delicious chocolate khalu/red velvet cake that was delivered. They handled all the details to this very special part of our daughter and son-in-laws' celebration. We will definitely recommend Sweet Memories!

price is high, taste is cheap. I bought a simple plain dessert cake out of the case and a few cupcakes one day because I walked by the bakery and was curious. Wow was this cake expensive! AND it tasted like cheap chemical ingredients. It was also mostly frozen but mushy on the inside. I have been a baker for many years and I had heard mixed reviews about this place so I decided to check it out. The chocolate buttercream tasted like fake chocolate from a bucket and the buttercream its self tasted like shortening and powdered sugar. I would be so embarressed if i was this bakery! The cake didn't taste like anything special. It actually tasted like it was made from cake mix! I have made many cake mix cakes in the past and this was surely from a mix. The filling wasn't anything special either - it tasted like Jello pudding. The girl that helped me was very rude and did not even try to be nice. Donna Ford was also there and didn't even make an effort to say hi to a customer. How rude! NOT impressed AT ALL. Poor customer service. Terrible cakes. Really high prices. (NOT worth any effort going here)

AWESOME !!! DELICIOUS !!!. I have enjoyed cakes from this bakery for years. They are some of the most talented I have ever known. Being in the business I am in, there is always a need for bakery items and Sweet Memories always goes above and beyond in every aspect. Moist, and delicious is my favorite words for everything they do. !!!
