Watch for hiden fees...changing schedules

Instructors are first rate. But costs may be deceiving. There's an "upgrade fee" for classes using equipment such as tower, reformer and chair. Used to be $7 per class on top of the cost of a class series. Now it's gone up to $10.

Scheduling is now done completely on their website. That's fine if you have a computer at home as well as at work. Why don't they put a client accessable computer in the waiting area if that's the only way to sign up for classes?

I think Triangle Pilates is losing sight of the fact that the customer comes first.

Best Pilates training, great instructors, personalized fitness

Triangle Pilates has changed my life. I have been a client for 4.5 years and will never stop! The atmosphere is social as welll as focused on a serious workout. I have made some very close friends at the studio. Patty and the other instructors customize the workout to each client's needs and abilities. Many different levels can work toghether wiith no problem, and it is still like having your own personal trainer. In addition to helping my overall fitness, the core training has helped me completely recover from a back surgery in 2001 and I am stronger than ever before. I am a runner and my endurance has improved dramatically since starting Pilates. I really cannot say enough about Pilates as an exercise and the only place to go is Triangle Pilates.

I feel GREAT! You can too!

Triangle Pilates & Cary Yoga Center are the best combination! I feel better than I did 10 years ago! My tennis game has improved and the pooch from my baby is gone! This studio is the real deal ... you have to go check it out! I am thinking of getting certified in Pilates and they have a Internationally recognized program.
