sports haven for dads and families. Sometimes dining with my family and watching the game can be a challenge. We don't need cigarette smoke. Homegrown is perfect, the brews cold and assorted with frequent specials that are just what I need. The televisions are situated so I can look at the screen and the family can think I am looking at them...kidding. It is easy to balance the game and the family. Food is outstanding. Calzones are primo. Pizzas great. Kids can find something they like. Wife can find something she likes and some other gals to visit with...it is a real neighborhood/community kind of place. The staff there rocks...they make sure good tunes are playing, the drinks and food flowing and they are great to visit with. They are great with the kids.

Buffalo wings and potato skins are superb. Wife says bathroom is clean. Not too expensive and Homegrown sponsors the local high school teams. Wife says they have wine too. Did I say they have cold beer? Good assortment of brews.

shangri-la. Our family of five has celebrated dining at Homegrown Pizza since the first day it opened. We are frequent diners and have never had a negative experience. The service is magical and timely. The dynamic staff spreads good karma by being kind, considerate and eager to please and not just because we treat them with respect and understanding.

We have watched the staff do a deliciously beautiful job of handling the customers that are the classic ?pains in the asses? that seem to pop up everywhere. Homegrown?s polite, respectful and innovative response in this situation earned the respect of all customers in the restaurant at the time.

When it comes to service, we never get to the bottom of our drinks before they are being refilled, our food is always perfectly done and the salads are outstanding (the blue cheese dressing is to die for?I could drink it by the gallon).

There is a great assortment of cold beer (and they offer non-alcoholic beer) and a menu filled with exotic pizza choices. When I add my multiple modifications to the avocado sandwich, the results are always made to order and the staff flexible, fun and agreeable. This treasure of a restaurant also supports this little community in countless ways by fiscally sponsoring key programs in Holly Springs.

Best Pizza in the Area!. As an occasional visitor to the area, it's nice to know there's a place where we can get good pizza, calzones and sandwiches at a reasonable price. Home Grown Pizza is family oriented and very friendly!

Best Restaurant in Town!. My husband, friends, children and I love this restaurant. The food is superb and the staff is very friendly. Homegrown Pizza offers more than just pizza; their selection is diverse, affordable and children-friendly. I am a salad nut and their salad dressings are to DIE FOR. Homegrown has catered an event for me and again, the food and service was outstanding. Everyone loved it. And I also appreciate the fact that this locally owned business supports schools and scouting organiations.

Look for a better restaurant in Holly Springs (Hopefully Soon). I would not recommend this as a place to eat . The service is so so and overall dining experience is not much above your experience at a local bar. Given its the only local place in Holly Springs, there are much better places that you can enjoy with your dining dollars within a few miles. I have received burnt food and menu is limited. Depending on the food item you never get the same level of quality or taste. Some of the service is not very friendly and you will need to constantly ask for things you normally receive at other restaurants. Expect long wait times since they don't have any system to deal with large crowds. The floors appears to be dirty and is in need of a paint overhaul. The atmosphere is loud and congested due to open room configuration.

Food adequate, service and customer support nonexistent. The service is good one time and worse the next time depending on the timing and waitstaff you get. Most of the staff has change over a lot recently. Take out orders you get put on hold and wait for long periods. Received many orders in the past that were incorrect or delivered wrong. The food is at best average, the pricing is cheap only when they honor their half price appetizers. Since they have little to no competition in the area, they will not fare so well when more restaurants compete. They don't seem to care about any inputs or complaints customers bring to their attention. They are not interested in changing and making the dinning experience in Holly Springs better. Recommend travel a little further and go to a restaurant that values there customers business. Otherwise, be like someone in Las Vegas and roll the dice since that will be what you will get.
