Bad Place To Do Business. I used to be a customer. Nothing particularly remarkable about the store. Mediocre at best. Today I drove more than a few miles because I had a coupon for 20% off over $60.00. When I got there I discovered the vast majority of their men's casual dress shoes were $59.99. Only two styles over $60.00 and neither fit me. When I asked if I could use the coupon for $59.99 shoes they said no. To me this smells a lot like a bait and switch rip off. I will not do business with stores that employ these deceptive practices. I strongly urge the readers to go elsewhere as I have. No more Rack Room for me! Good stores value their customers and don't use such tactics.

Great People. Not to say that everyone that works at rackroom shoes is great (I went by there the other day and the crew was quite unhelpful), but more often than not, they are quite tolerable. I bought a pair of work boots from them. A young lady, I assume to be a manager, told me to go to the website and print out a coupon, of which I was unaware of, to get ten bucks off my purchase. The people on the floor were very helpful and had even directed me to other stores originally due to my thinking their prices were too high...turns out, I was wrong. The prices are fair, the coupons are pretty damn good, and the crew that was there that day was fantastic. The young man that checked me out, along with the lady, were very kind and managed to help me out with purchasing my boots. I actually just became a member of city search just to comment on this store. Kind of a weird thing for me to get excited about, but it has been a long time since I went to a store and had its employees actually give a crap, I am actually going to call and find any info I can on getting a pair of running shoes from this store, and this store only. Thanks guys!
