To whom this may concern:

Response #2 was basically a situation of embarressment and cancellation. This guy ( Nelson Timken) called us while the truck was en route to the pickup and cancelled which is acceptable in our contract; However,..it strictly states that " THE COMPANY REQUIRES A 72 HOUR NOTICE PRIOR TO CANCELLATION " If this is not met....the deposit or 50% of the cost is NON-REFUNDABLE and will serve as a service charge and processing fees. Apparently he didn't read the contract thoroughly considering he expected a refund and got extremely estatic over $650 bucks when our guys drove from N.C to Washington State which cost well over $2200 in fuel. In the end what was hilarious was that when Tim called Nelson Timken and asked why he cancelled, he said that the shipper had a nasty attitude and he wanted to hurry and get the furniture out of her house and picked up so it can be delivered to him ; in retrospect, he didn't know that Tim kept in contact with the customer throughout the trip and she declined having said anything to that effect . In retrospect, Tim called Mr Timken back and asked why did he lie and that's when all hell broke loose. This guy was so embarressed that he threatened our office with lawsuits and jailtime upon ither things due to his association with the New York State Bar and so forth. Well,....the Beter Business Bureau of N.C reviewed the incident in addition to the Raleigh Police Dept ( who basically laughed at him) and the case was closed and dismissed. You can go to uship com and look up username "thetruth" and review MTG's profile and read the feedback to see how great of an immpeccable mover he was while using that service. We all know that negative information travels beyond the speed of light and will linger far more longer than positive. Slander, Lies, and Envy is amongst our everyday lives but in all reality it's better stated as....."That's The American Way"

Lets tell the truth.....

We were employees at that company and we must say that regardless of what individuals say about Tim, he managed that company with so much integrity, skill, and professionalism that he gave us all inspiration and motivation at work, in our personal lives, and within ourselves. He always said......."You can't satisfy everyone !!"

The first response is just as simple as the second. Actually,...the customer with the jeep had all items delivered, inspected , and signed the delivery verification form stating that all items were delivered in good condition. A week later, we recieved a call stating some damage was done to her jeep which we had no knowledge of until the phone call a week later which was kind of suspicious and as the customer was informed " We can't be held responsible for damages to a vehicle a week later after it has been delivered, inspected, driven, and so forth. " Hell,..."Tim even gave her husband a shirt for helping them with the boxes at the end of the delivery b/c it went so well"

Bad business, his slogan "Nothing butthe truth" is a lie.

Tim Prince, and the company MTG transit moved my home items and vehicle. They arrived days late for pick-up, and made the delivery at destination at 11pm! Damage to furinture, items, and the vehicle were all discovered the next day and after months of getting half-answers and empty promises, we still haven't been compensated for the damages he says he claimed with his insurance provider. My jeep was put INSIDE the moving truck, and items were packed in around and on top of it. This caused dents in the front fenders, a broken turn signal, and lots of damage to the soft top and plastic fenders.

While the owner of this company comes off initally as a really nice honest person, you find his real attributes (lies and deceit) if you have to deal with any problems with your move. Use this business at risk to your items and your deposit, as others have reported having their deposits taken from him with no services rendered.

• Pros: Nice personality, pretty good prices.
• Cons: No guarantees your item will be picked up and delivered on time and in good condition.
