Personal training at its finest

Chris and Leslye accomplish the near-impossible: making exercise and physical training enjoyable. They are both extremely professional, yet friendly; they take a keen interest in both the physical and nutritional aspects of health. The gym is stocked with top of the line equipment, and the trainers use both the equipment and bands/balls/rollers/etc. to maximize each workout. The gym is very clean...doesn't smell gym-y even though it is in use by both adults and students pretty much all day. I highly recommend Chris and Leslye and their team of professionals to anyone who is interested in toning up, trimming down and becoming more fit...whether for sports training (in my case) or for general good health.

Chris is a pro -- extremely knowledgeable concerning what will work for me. Despite two broken bones and various ailments during my 16 years with Personally Fit, I have continued exercise, rehabilitation, weight loss, and nutrition programs always being superbly motivated by Chris and his staff. His place is convenient, well-equipped, and welcoming. He has recently added massage therapy with the affiliation of Robin -- she is also the best in her field too! Sixteen years ago, I had never engaged in regular exercise, so it is a big change for me to be writing a review touting it!

Every client is treated as a special friend. The trainers are able to motivate each person, work you hard, and make you want to come back for more. Their training and diet advice as helped me lose 18 pounds. I am 61 years old and have never felt better.

Chris and Leslie have the best personal training in Raleigh. I love going there. It is always a positive experience without the big gym groupies. The machines are top notch and they know how to get positive results for you. And it doesn't hurt that Leslie is a clean freak. Gym and shower always immaculate.
