Phenomenal Customer Service The week before a holiday, I broke my glasses- and I got crazy glue on one lens trying to fix them. Not only that, but my backup pair broke as well. Literally, I showed up with tape barely holding them together. North Raleigh Family Eyecare was able to fit me in for an appointment before the holidays, and took the time to answer all of my questions. And- they went above and beyond excellent customer service to get my new pair of glasses to me the day we were traveling, which included night driving. Thanks to North Raleigh Family Eyecare, I was able to get a great pair of glasses and was able to see to drive safely!

Great Place for Eyecare. This establishment provides soup-to-nuts care from identifing my eyecare needs to finding the right frames & lenses. They provide help identifying the perfect frames and ensure proper fit. I have enjoyed working with this eyecare team for 6 years, wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Outstanding service. Dr Griffin has been very friendly and helpful at my appointments. It has been a pleasure to be a customer for the past 8 years. I was excited to see you now sell Maui Jims. Todd was a big help picking out new sunglasses that look great.

fantastic eye doctor and great customer service. In response to melissam's comments, anyone who knows this doctor knows she is extremely kind and caring and an excellent optometrist. Our family has been going to this practice since it opened. We have always felt very well taken care of and trust our eyes to her completely. She always takes to time to make sure we understand everything she has told us and she never leaves us with unanswered questions. In response to the staff being not intelligent simply because they made a mistake with the contacts, the comment itself is unintelligent. Everyone makes mistakes and we all should have to the grace to admit it. The staff at North Raleigh Family Eyecare has always been kind and courteous. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

friendly, comfortable and caring. I found them when referred by my insurance company. No problems getting an appointment or with the exam. The doctor was thorough and had alot of glasses. I found some that was essentially covered by my insurance and they sent the contacts to my house. No pressure like my last doctor and didn't do any extra tests to make it cost more.

Friendly service, short wait time, great advice. The nose guard on my glasses broke recently. I had purchased the glasses here, so I returned. They were able to fix the situation at no charge to me, give me an annual exam, and assist me with locating an additional pair of glasses within 30-45 minutes. Best part is, with my insurance, I spent less than $70 for the exam and new pair. I noticed that they've made some personnel changes that I think has greatly improved service. Highly recommended place for your vision care!

bad customer service. This place if very convenient to my home and job, but I was disappointed by the way I was treated. I was with a new insurance company and they seemed annoyed to help me understand my plan. It also seemed much more expensive than what I had gone to before

excellent eye exam!. Dr. Griffin was extremely attentive and thorough. I never felt rushed and she explained everything as she progressed with the exam! The staff was friendly and helpful with my frame selection and the prices were comparable to other offices I have been to in the past. My service was extremely excellent and I have recommended her to many of my co-workers and friends!

talked me into very expensive glasses - hard to determine their billing
not happy with eye exam - glasses didn't seem right prescription
